This is one of my favorite tools to use Take a look at the The question I have is Seeing as my DVR kept resetting with a loud beep every few minutes, I thought it might be faulty. Even though it does reset a few times a day, the new one doesn't do that. The DVRs always reset after some time if one of my cameras loses its feed daily. I've not figured out why it does that, but I would submit that it's probably caused by one of my cameras losing its feed daily. There was a lot of noise and annoyance during the Q See DVR resetting. I hope that once I identify why the camera is losing its feed, the DVR will work correctly. This DVR doesn't beep as loud as the Q See DVR or at least it is not as loud as it was before. Besides that, everything else seems to be working as it should. As of now, it has only been two weeks and I am monitoring it consistently. It has not been a sure thing where the app is concerned. Sometimes the cameras do not load, but most of the time they do. The cameras sometimes take a while to load or don't load at all, and I had to restart the DVR on my own once to get the app to pick them up That's the main thing I want from a security camera DVR, regardless of how it's recorded. There seems to be a similar concern with all brands so far. I have less headaches with this one than I have with my Q See DVR, but I've only had it for.

Buying is not a good idea! This is the 3rd zosi dvr with 2TB of hard drive that is no longer functioning. Surely zosi would release a new one over the weekend at the very least. Not at all. I had to get a refund from Amazon, not from Zosi. ZOSI sent me a new one after I contacted them & Neither my purchase history nor my credit card information is available. It is impossible for these hard wired cameras to compete with the quality of my A total of three cameras are on my property. The two PTZ cameras are high-end models. The number of cameras is 20. I am not a fan of Zosi You're competing with a lot of others. In this day and age, customer service is incredibly important. This is not the case with Zosi. We've updated. A week has passed and I still have not gotten home As of this writing, ZOSI has not sent me a new NVR. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!.

As a first step, SLINA inTech Support has been very helpful in solving any small tech issues I have encountered and tweaks I have needed over the past couple of weeks. Overall, I am very happy with them. The price is good, Amazon delivery is fast, and the set up and configuration are easy (QC code scanning is used to accomplish this task). The unit is easy to install, the cameras are easy to mount, and all the wires are included. It's a local CCTV system with a DVR for recording local events and remote monitoring via PC or iPhone. Considering the price, it's a very good deal. However, there will be no cloud recording. Zosi products are known to be highly effective and I have had great experiences with them. There is a need for software improvements, There are some minor bugs, but they are being fixed You cannot make most of the configuration settings from home on your phone or PC, for example. The motion sensitivity control is better, as well as remote configuration capabilities (you cannot make most of the configuration settings on your phone or PC. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hardware, the local access, the remote monitoring abilities, and some features of the unit.

There is no customer service. These days, the cameras no longer work due to a loss of signal. Just purchased this model because it seemed to be more effective than the cheapo model I had previously purchased. It doesn't help to shop at Amazon! Unless you are sure it will work, don't buy this. I am also greatly disappointed with the customer support provided by Amazon AND Zosi. It is impossible for either agency to get back to me via email or telephone.

In my possession I have two, each in a different location. It's easy to set them up and install them. Remote access is possible with a bit of technical knowledge, but it may take some time and effort to set up. This video is of good quality. CCTV cameras recording around the clock, there is already more than two weeks' worth of footage to view.

My goal was to replace a dead unit of another brand with a ZOSI DVR that had BNC connectors so I could plug my existing cameras directly in. My unit almost quickly set itself up and was working within minutes. I could see all five cameras on the monitor after plugging it in. In addition, I emailed support to ask how to add my cameras to the iPhone app, and it was a simple process. This is a great property I highly recommend this book.

The picture shines in the daylight but no night vision is available. I have tried to contact Tech Support but haven't been able to. We are not sure if the cameras or the DVR are malfunctioning. I am disappointed with the manual. (Night vision has worked before. ) The instruction manual is completely useless unless you are TECH support.
