How does the smart phone app work with the Android Samsung Galaxy S6
Hello, thanks for getting in touch with me. If you have an iPhone, you can use an app called WATCH ON YOUR PHONE to view the DVR remotely You do not need to pay a monthly fee for TigerSECU HD Viewer. In most cases, instructions are included in our detailed user guide with the DVR box so taking the time to read this would take no more than a few minutes. For those of you having difficulties viewing it remotely, you can make changes to the DVR, Main Menu, Network (make sure the IP address is shown otherwise double check that the network cable is securely connected to the back of the device), and change the port from 80 to 90. Connect the power supply back to the wall and unplug it. If you scan the code using an app again, use 90 as the port number and go back to the Main Menu, Network, QR code. Username defaults to ( 00000000 for admin, password 00000000 for password). Once your login has been successful, you are supposed to be logged in. Yes, you may use the format for backups. This format can be easily stored on your computer as m4v. In terms of your phone, TIGERSECU HD VIEWER can be downloaded so you can monitor the DVR remotely and back up your files.
I'm glad you asked! Thanks for your query! Not all of our DVRs are compatible with SDI cameras, but they are compatible with D1, AHD, TVI, and CVI. Our DVR should be compatible with most of the ELEC cameras. I'd be happy to look into the cameras for you if you could let me know the brand and model number of yours.

There is a huge difference between the two. It is fantastic that this new technology has been developed or that this company exists. It is a hard-wired with power supply type of camera, and I have mounted eight old cameras already.
The whole process of setting up this new DVR took only five minutes. All I had to do was plug in the cameras, monitor, and internet wires. Everything worked smoothly. These images are very crisp and beautiful. My iPhone downloaded the Tiger app and, after a couple of tries, I was able to log in with the user name and password I had previously created. As soon as I opened my iPhone, all the images appeared. DVRSL in old mode could never allow such a thing to happen. When you set notifications on in the iPhone settings, you are notified that motion is detected only from the camera you have set up and only in the areas you specify. Additionally, you can adjust detection strength and a number of other specific settings to suit your preferences. The staff at Tiger actually answered the phone and or returned my e-mail, so I was able to get some help by calling and emailing. It's incredible how great DVRs are!

It's been a while since I have used this DVR, and I don't recall having any problems until I installed it. There have been some security issues with my router logs since it's been installed. I received thousands of malware alerts from the unit because it accessed IP addresses outside of my network. Specifically, our internal network was being scanned for IoT devices, etc. I looked into it more and was able to pinpoint specific IP addresses in the United States as well as I originally believed this was just a false alarm, but after studying a little more, I am certain it is a compromised unit. As a result, I blocked all internet access from the unit and the majority of the security alerts on our router disappeared. Most of the problems with this DVR are related to the Anyone would not be able to recommend this device.

I have been running my DVR non-stop for almost six months now, and it is functioning perfectly! In relation to the Tigersecu Viewer app, I want to commend Cathy at Tiger for her excellent technical support assistance. As well as walking me through the installation of the app on my Windows 10 desktop, Cathy located the issue and resolved it in minutes. I am absolutely delighted with the customer support! Tigersecu can not be beaten on prices nor support. If you want to go with a winner, Tigersecu is the way to go. I give you five stars for customer service!.
My cameras already have five installed within the DVR and I switched from an older DVR. I am not satisfied with this product. When the new DVR is powered up and attached to the existing cameras, all of the existing cameras come on and then go One remained on after checking that the sensors were connected, but the other four had fallen off. Observed and rechecked that everything was hooked up, but four cameras remain I am probably going to send this back, the only way to contact this company is by e-mail It is impossible to talk to anyone over the phone about getting this system up and running.
My review would have been higher if it could have been six stars. In less than an hour, I had disconnected my old DVR and connected Tigersecu. My problem with remote viewing was solved in just a few minutes after I called customer support. Sandee fixed that right away and next I noticed a problem with the time. Sandee again came to my rescue within minutes. There are a lot of DVRs to choose from, so I looked at many before I My greatest concern was customer support, as my experience with my old DVR was substandard. I would like to add that the ease of use of search, playback, and zoom features is also commendable. Lastly, the instructions are very clear, and the support team is fantastic if you run into any problems.
It's amazing how well they serve their customers. The original DVR that came with my Amcrest cameras was broken. I replaced it with this one. A video in port on the back of this unit failed after about five months of use. The cable and camera worked with the new camera, but the old cable was dead. The folks at Tigersecu emailed me to see if it was still covered The item was returned and it was fine. My email correspondence with Tigersecu staff consisted mostly of back and forth. Emails were received promptly, in a friendly manner, and provided helpful information. Within a few days of sending back the original unit, I received a brand new unit in the mail with a follow up email. I like the way it works. The camera is easy to set up, smooth, and compatible with the camera I have.
