There are actually two video images on this screen, not only a quad view. They can be viewed top to bottom, or left to right, or up to down.

With this device you can screen split 4 or 3 or 2 individual cctv cameras on to one big screen TV. I would recommend a 32 inch TV for this operation. My internet has been on continuously from 5am to 11pm every day for the last month with no problems at all. If you plan to record the video simultaneously with the audio, then you will need a separate SD recorder.
From the photo, I determined that the unit had RCA inputs, so make sure that you use RCA to BNC It works when I plug in one of the power supply ends from a cctv camera. The cable has a bare wire end on one side, and the cable itself has an elastic pigtail I guess you need to use a power supply to wire into. Everything appears to be okay in the images Taking the cameras out of my DVR, I plugged them into this and then plugged the output back into the DVR. The DVR I have has 8 channels, so I intend to connect two more cameras without buying a new one. *) Display also appears to run in real-time.

I was only told that analog cctv is the only option. It does not seem to be mentioned in the description. The experience was horrible, and I would not recommend it.
It was essential for me to have a switcher that supported mirroring. There is only one flaw in this unit there are times when the microprocessor falls asleep, then it acts completely inattentive. To change screens, you can push the remote multiple times before it does anything, and then you try one more time. It takes about 30 seconds for it to spring to life and begin working. I have not encountered any problems apart from that.
A Crown Victoria squad car was equipped with this system. I like these things a lot. The switch is fast, there is a remote control, and it is relatively small and clean. Setting up the cameras was a bit time consuming, but it is very straightforward. The monitor with the RCA input will work. The unit exceeded all of my expectations and I can't think of one thing that wasn't up to par.

I can see why this is such an excellent With an extremely low power consumption and stable picture, any single input can be turned into Quad. This mount has a very small footprint, and was very well designed.
