It is first important to point out that the Evertech is of poor manufacturing quality, as the failure could be a solid-state or component failure, as well as a poorly fabricated solder joint It makes no sense to buy something priced that low just buy a higher quality device, unless it is still
It is the simplest answer Not at all. A camera system is all it is. The camera does have an outlet so you can hook it up to your computer to monitor it. It would require an alarm system that is separate from the security system.

I use the Q-code for the past few months Over the past few years, DVRS has been expanding. Using GeoVision at the same time. Answer to the Q There have been many reports of Sees (and the computer that ran the GeoVision) failing at the most inconvenient The last time I asked a question, it was about It's been a while since See and Q bit the dust The warranty for the See tablet was not honored This is what I bought As I was trying to get a new DVR, I'd be able to keep an eye on things outside. As far as the job is concerned, it does the trick. I was surprised at how many features this box had for such a simple and cheap.
However, the unit failed after 3 months (or less) because it did not live up to its promises. The image does not display well intermittently, but it virtually never shows up in a decent format. Flickering and garbled images are present in the movie. There are times when it is possible to make out an input image and times when it is impossible. Many of the images were similar and the prices varied This is the least expensive of the three, so I chose it. Don't waste your time on it.
If there were only one input and didn't always work, then that would be ok. My BNC jacks are working fine but Channel 4 will simply disappear once in a while! I've tried changing the camera, then changing the BNC wire, then changing the power feed to no avail. Other than that, it works as it is supposed to.
If you have more than 4 cameras, however, the picture gets very small. This camera can accommodate up to eight cameras. Despite the fact that it's not a multiplexer, this is still a good product.
This is not a picture worth baying at in any way.
I saw this multiplexer when I was out of the office At a lower price than what you would pay at a local security company it works incredibly well with the camera system.
Back to normal.
This product works perfectly, however, it does not include a power switch as shown in the photograph. As you can see in the picture, the remote is only 1/4 the size of the one pictured. Although it is not high quality, it is a good deal for the price. The operating manual is not very detailed and is.
