I noticed that after a few months of use the power reading would give false results. It was used to test wireless radios, and I became suspicious when all of them produced exactly the same amount of power. It seems that all of these readings give the same result when changing from 1 watt to 5 watts to 8 watts. Although it appears to number the frequency correctly, I am no longer sure that I can trust the SWR readings as well. You are better off with a MFJ than saving your money. However, they are much more durable and reliable as well as costing a lot more.

I regret not buying it earlier. How I did not purchase it sooner! This little bugger works perfectly. Due to my antenna being tuned 10MHz off, it showed a severe SWR issue. The transmission frequency is also displayed.
