I'm very happy! It is well-made. Without the bulk of a leather case, it provides the protection I was looking for. The belt clip area is left exposed while the rest of the body is protected. The large battery can also be accommodated. Despite a previous review, the two indicator lights on the scanner's front top are only lightly covered - They can still be seen. It's also made in the United States, which is an added bonus. That is something for which I am willing to pay a little more!.

This is an outstanding case

First and foremost, Police Scanner Outlet's shipping speed was significantly faster than Amazon Prime's in recent months, which was greatly appreciated. br>br>I was sold on this case after seeing a short video review by another reviewer. , which is beautifully depicted All ports are accurately cut out of a custom padded canvas construction. It makes the scanner extremely comfortable to hold, as it is both soft and durable. If you enjoy your SDS100 as much as I do, it's well worth the investment to protect such a valuable radio. I couldn't ask for a more perfect design.

It's the ideal complement to a fantastic scanner

The Uniden SDS100 scanner fits perfectly in this case, which also has enough room for the expanded battery pack. Although I would prefer a leather case, for the time being, this case will suffice. br>The case is held in place by a nylon strap, with openings on both sides allowing access to the menu and function keys, as well as the charge and USB ports. The scanner's belt clip is accessible through a back opening, and the screen and keypad are protected in front by a clear plastic cover.

I'm confident that the case will keep my radio safe, but I can't see the two LEDs on the scanner's top. A simple redesign would solve this problem while also improving the top's protection.

The case is well-made. The radio has an open back to keep it from getting too hot. It's a one-size-fits-all arrangement. My purchase has satisfied me.
