The IR transmitter was purchased in order to improve tracking for my Oculus Quest 2 setup while playing in dark or low light conditions. I have tested it and it works perfectly! I was pleasantly surprised that it came out as well as I had imagined, and once you put on the headset, you can really appreciate how this unit "shines. ". It is absolutely invisible to the unaided eye however, it is easily visible through the headset cameras and it is simple to see the wide angle and the great power of the IR transmitter. I find it incredible, but it goes further than that. Getting in touch with the seller and getting help is very easy, and the price point is so low that anyone can afford to upgrade their VR setup without going broke. Consider it without hesitation if it's something you would like to do. A better unit won't be found for a better price, and it will blow your mind with its efficiency!.
During the first two weeks, I was satisfied with this light. Over the course of the night, I noticed it turned on and off multiple times. The daylight sensor is not designed to detect IR light, so I thought it might be back reflection. I had to return it.
You don't need to take my word for it. Try one and see how it is for yourself. Don't be afraid to buy a bunch more if you like it. So I guess I am lucky that my cameras have an affinity for the 850-lumen 1080N is the highest resolution my hybrid DVR can handle Television Imaging (TVI) is one of the terms I use to describe my cams, and this light is wider than the cameras field of view, as well as having no hot spots in.
The one I reviewed works as advertised, will not flicker or turn off, will stay on all night and will turn off when the sun comes up. It is true I tried others, but they failed to last. Thank you for doing this, it works well.
It is exactly what it claims to be, providing perfect play in the dark for virtual reality. When your are taking night shots, though, you may not be able to rely on it.
If you are using a camera system, make sure it is compatible with 850 nm. I didn't find it that way.
Adding a little light to the night is an excellent idea.
