During the night, can the light be seen by the eyes?

I am using Wyze as my camera. Under an overhang out of the direct sun, it is mounted. The problem is that each device must be powered by its own adapter if one needs to connect to the other. Isn't it odd that the power cord is separate but that could be due to the international market, I.
