In short, yes. You can connect it to a USB port. The plug for it needs to be plugged into a power outlet with a common adapter. I have no problems with mine.
It is only the video interface that is included in this kit. The remote is included in a different kit.

My Zune has two sync cables, but one of them has been damaged to the point where it will not let go of the Zune. I have two Microsoft Zunes, and one had its original sync cable, but the other one had its original one but no sync cable. By using this method, I can connect the Zune to my computer and sync it for use while I am away from home, without having to find a way to unlock it.
This juke box is loved by my five year old son and he uses it as a juke box. Every time his stash needs to be updated, I update it wirelessly. Can't think of anything I'd rather have. Here's what I have to ask I want to know if anyone has It works great with the regular A/V cable jack, and the video is fine. The component cables seemed to render better images, so I wondered if I could test this with them I tried, but without success. Connecting the "Y" cable allows me to see a (very grainy) black and white image, but connecting the other two cables does not effect the picture at all. In the options menu, I chose display to TV OUT = ON and selected the video selector on the back of my dock to choose the component output. There is no word on whether component output is supported on later generation devices, or if this feature is only available on the 30GB. It came super fast! After ordering it, it was delivered the next day! I didn't think that would happen. It's only a "minor" inconvenience to switch the different plates for the different Zunes (I have both the Zune 30 and the Zune HD) - it's not a huge deal, but it is annoying. With my Zune HD, I am shocked at how overpriced the docks are. The dock works perfectly with the Zune HD, as I am delighted to report. It allows me to sync my Zune HD as well as charge it. Please note, this is the same as the Zune AV Pack plus You do not receive the remote control nor the composite video and audio cable with this. The dock works with the remote control as well, and you can use any old component cable. The Zune HD doesn't have HDMI, but it does have component video output, so if you're going to be using your HDTV with the Zune HD, which I don't think anyone does, then you won't want it. The USP of the Zune HD is that it allows me to have docks at all the places I use my Zune HD so I can keep a Zune at those places. It is also worth noting that the Zune HD does wiggle a bit, but you can tackle this by just not caring, or just using felt pads on the dock adapter insert. *The AC adapter is a block with a folding plug and a USB port. The USB port can be plugged into nearly any electronic device With all the devices you could charge, including LG cell phones, this purchase is a real steal, so you only pay for the one AC adapter that is excellent.
I think you'll find it quite useful if you are a Zune fan like me. I was expecting it to be used or refurbished for 6 dollars. A sealed box contained the item. This is a very high quality product. My heart broke again when I remembered how a good product like Zune fell short.
The adapter for my 120 may not exist, but if I modify the adapter for my 80 GB, I should be able to squeeze it nicely. I can use this device to play music to a dedicated speaker while it is charging. When the AV kit becomes available, I will definitely order it.
Zune docks have been a huge hit with me that this is the second one I have The one in my home is connected to my receiver out in my shop, and an additional one is in my house. I like it a lot, and it's cool to have 6000 songs available.
