I can't get it to work. It just turns off without warning. It was the worst experience of my life!.
We absolutely love this product, as well as the great customer service we receive at GGMM. Now I no longer need portable speakers. I can take my Echo Dot 3 to the beach or to my favorite golf course with this battery. The two possibilities are either connecting my phone via Bluetooth or connecting it to my I give this a perfect score all the way around. I'm not sure if the design is flawed or if the device is faulty.
