At the time that I went to purchase this item, it stated that it was "like According to the seller, the only things wrong with it are mark in paint or screen, so that makes me believe it only has a mark on the screen or paint. My experience with this product was great when I received it. There's no sound coming from the left side unless I use a rubberband to press the plug toward the backside of the device, though I might be able to hear the full effect if I don't move once it starts working. I guess it goes without saying that I am not happy with what was told to me and what I got.
