There have been several methods tried by my office to transcribe letters and each of them has failed. In the end, we decided to go back to what everyone trained on, which may make us look outdated, but works and allows us to get things done a lot quicker. It was a pleasure interacting with the seller when I discovered a shipping error. Thank you. It was very courteous of you to respond so quickly.
About 20 years ago, I worked with this machine, and was so please with it that I gave it to my husband and I as an APB-size appliance for our home. Businesses are the foundation of our society. You can imagine how pleased I was when I discovered it A very favorable price was offered for this. I was so happy that I was able to obtain it. Despite all our years of hard work, we are still going strong! There is nothing obsolete in this device by any definition of the word. What attracted me to this model was the fact that it had both mini and standard cassettes, a counter, and the ability to set how many words your pedal will read. Well worth the price I paid. I still use it in my business, even though many years have passed.
In my opinion, well-designed tape is the best way to tape Recording with a Sony Walkman device and transcription with a Panasonic machine are still two of the best methods for transcription.
It is my job as the Recording Secretary of a small Home Owners Association in a retirement I called the Town Clerk to ask what kind of recorder they use for their monthly council meetings because we were in need of a new tape recorder. I asked her about the Panasonic and she told me they have six in Town Hall, which they use across the board. It was not difficult to order a microphone from Panasonic separately. I had no trouble using the recorder. It picked up everything very clearly and was very easy to operate. It was only a matter of finding 90 minute tapes that I encountered a problem. The stores around where I live usually have 60 and 120 on hand. This recorder could be a good choice for you. It has been a great experience for me.
I have used it for the past decade. My original broke, so I went on a search for a new one. It is an "old school" product but works very well. I was able to find this product only on Amazon. The frequency of my usage is approximately six times per week It takes about 8 hours a month to transcribe minutes from meetings. Despite its long range, the microphone has good sound quality. A good one is hard to find, but I highly recommend it.
This product can be found on Amazon, and I'm very pleased with it. Retail office products stores don't seem to carry such items anymore, since they appeared to have stopped carrying them. In a product of this kind, there are definitely more features to be desired than this one has, but when you consider the price, this is a great deal. Once I placed the order, I was amazed at the speed at which this product arrived at my address. As a whole, my experiences with Amazon have been very positive. As for me, I still believe in com, and this purchase did not affect that belief at all.
It has been serviced by local small electronics repair shops at times, particularly the foot pedals, but otherwise has been fairly reliable given the daily use. There are a couple of things that can go wrong with a machine.
