Customer service was decent, but the product was disappointing. Though the song was not totally static-free, it did indeed possess a high level of That is what I should have expected, and is what I need this recorder to do. In spite of my best efforts, I was not able to replicate that level of playback quality with one of the songs I tried. I tried multiple PCs and smartphones, two different cables, and streaming as well as downloading the song in advance. The result remained the same, every time. It is constantly static/noise throughout the song and every time there is even the slightest lull in the music, static completely drowns it out. During the customer service process, they were helpful and offered me lots of suggestions, but none of them turned out to be successful. As a result of trying a replacement device and getting similar results, I gave up and returned both units for a full As much as I didn't expect crystal clear audio, at the very least I'd hoped it would be possible to reproduce the quality of the factory loaded sample. If you find yourself in the same boat as me, do not feel obligated to settle if you find a replacement that meets your needs on Amazon for a similar price.

We cannot rule out the possibility that this EZ Sound Box was created on the 8th day by the Lord. Do you think it does what it's supposed to do Is there a way to record something on your phone or laptop and replay it right away? It is true. What kind of surround sound format is it? There is no. One button is on the top of this plastic box. There is nothing you can do about it. Is it true it did the trick when it came to our team finding a humorous way to keep playing a song clip every time we completed Yes, you certainly can. In order to record a message for longer than 20 seconds, I needed a voice recorder that I could put into a stuffed animal. It made it easy for me to record my voice - I had no problems with this box. It takes about 30 seconds for me to message and add a song with my iPhone connected via the headphone jack. I was able to hear both very well and at a good volume when I stuffed the toy in the car. In general, the box is thick, but not too thick so that it interferes with the stuffed toy's shape. This button is easy to depress, and you can stop playback by simply pressing it a second time at any time during the movie. Despite its plastic construction, the housing seems durable and well-made. In the event that I need another one, I would not hesitate to buy one.

I would recommend them to others in need of similar equipment.

This is how it works. Although I found the instructions hard to follow, I was able to figure out how it worked after a few tries. There is no crystal clear sound on this recording, but it is still great. My daughter wanted a stuffed animal with a pocket, so I sewed her a zippered pocket, then recorded a song for her. Upon hearing the song as she hugged her stuffed animal for the first time, she cried! She was amazed at how powerful the power of the song is. Three months ago she was given a brand new iTouch with brand new batteries and it's still working fine! The recorder is always on when we are in the office. ***

In order to simulate a music box built into a custom table lamp, I used this sound box. A music box was playing three songs and I found MP3 files that sounded like those and recorded them on the device simultaneously. As I did not wish the owner of the lamp to have to open it when replacing batteries, I converted the lamp to USB power and included a small USB charger inside.

As far as sound boxes go, this one works well. After my grandma passed away, I wanted a way to hear her last voicemail to me so I did not have to interrupt my busy schedule to hear her voice. It was easy to transfer the recording from my iPhone directly to the box using the attachment that was included. There is a great deal of volume and the sound is crystal.

Only a few sound boxes out there can record a full song in full, but this one can. It is a sound box with a microphone that I inserted into a stuffed Santa bear's back under its coat and recorded Michael Buble's "All I Want For Christmas Is You. ". The gift I gave to my wife for Christmas this year was quite useful since she has been ill. I can say that handing her that present was the best gift I could have selected.
