On my ear, this piece remained firmly in place. Even when wearing glasses and a Covid- it was nice not to have to adjust it constantly to keep it in place It is a mask with 19 features. It had excellent sound quality. Unlike the earphones my employer provided, the volume could be turned down even from the highest level. It is an excellent buy for the price. You might want to consider getting your own device if you wear earpieces several times a week for a full shift.
