Yes, I don't recall buying this one, but since it's on file, I must have. According to the manufacturer's information,
Any cassette will work; the quality of the cassette you want will determine how well it works. Maxell UR 120 is the brand that I use. IEC type 1 normal position
Garrett, how are you? Good news! br>br> That is correct. However, you can only use a TCM-compatible device. Connect a 200DV external microphone to the recorder's MIC port. br>br>I hope this information is useful! Regards, Sam, br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>

The background noise is extremely loud and obnoxious. It sounds like a rudimentary voice recorder from a century ago. I'm attempting to return it, but the seller is being difficult, refusing to issue a refund despite the fact that I returned his item. I believe this item is no longer available because of its poor quality. It's also overpriced by the seller. He makes a lot of money and refuses to give me a refund because of it.
Sony TCM150 that has been refurbished. It's like new. The sound quality is excellent. Buttons are secure in their click. If you're not convinced that digital recorders are reliable, If you want to stick to cassettes, you can label them. This is well worth the money in the store.
Her old player had broken, and she couldn't find a replacement locally. I was taking a chance by buying this player for her because she is very picky about things. br>br>She immediately dialed my number to sing its praises. Despite the fact that the unit can record and perform other functions, my friend's main concern was that she be able to play her nightly cassettes with as little confusion as possible. She adored the sound quality, the size of the unit, and the easy-to-use buttons. br>br>I adore my best friend, and it makes me so happy when I can make her happy (which isn't always easy). She despises change. Unless, of course, it's a positive change, as this was. It made me happy that I could make her happy. I think I'll get one for myself after seeing her player/recorder. Sure, I have a few cassette players in my stereo/boombox systems. I mostly listen to music on mp3 players or CD players, but I still have a lot of cassette tapes. This player/recorder will also be used for spoken-word projects. It's also a great choice because I can easily take it anywhere (even in my tote bag) and use it with or without earbuds.
My old cassette tape recorder broke down a couple of months ago. I needed to replace it because it was beyond repair. After doing some research, I decided on this Sony cassette recorder. I've had it for over a month and it's great; I especially like how the "record" button is bright red and not right next to the play button, so you won't accidentally hit record when you meant to hit play (as I used to do with my old recorder). I haven't bought a cassette recorder in years, so I was surprised to learn that the average hand-held cassette recorder now costs around $40. This device is available for a fraction of that price. I've had a lot of fun with the Sony TCM- I rate it at 150 out of 100. As an aside, the device's label specifies that it comes in a three-pack. It's a blunder. Although you only get one, the seller sells them in three-packs.
I admit that I have prejudices. I own a lot of Sony products, and if I can afford it, I'd buy canned pinto beans made by Sony. So much of what we're given is garbage, and I prefer to get good things without having to pay for them. So I like Sony products, many of which I can't afford, but this one is different. What does it have going for it? br>br> It accomplishes the task at hand. It is inexpensive. You will not believe how quickly the supplier responds. I ordered this recorder late on a Sunday night and received it the next Tuesday. I didn't have to pay for shipping. So, what's not to like?br>br>This is an excellent purchase. If you're looking for something similar, give it a try; you'll enjoy it.
In 2010, my wife began to lose her vision. We were lucky to find one brand new in the box because she had one in the early 2000s and it worked perfectly for her. She's tried every type of digital and micro recorder imaginable, and now she's back to full cassettes. Certain items are easier for her to locate, and Sony products have always been of high quality. In this world of digital Mayham, it's nice to see that old simple technology still exists.
Then play it back over the air, and I don't have a sore throat any longer! br>br>Through my mic, I don't get any feedback. NO hash- NO trash! I use a 300W amp with a 20w power setting and a 30w mic gain. There will be no issues. br>br>Thank you, Sony and Amazon, for a great product at a great price!br>br>I purchased this unit 1- Till today, everything was fine 6- I used it on a daily basis for about 2 hours before it simply stopped working. Sony deserves a lot of blame. It comes with a one-year warranty, so I'll return it to Amazon.
This recorder was primarily purchased to record music for my great grandson, who is five years old. He enjoys music, but due to his age, I needed something that was easy for him to use. This recorder is very easy to use, and he and his three-year-old sister can both operate it without difficulty. The main issue I discovered with it is that music must be played at a low volume or it becomes too distorted to enjoy- If you crank up the volume, that is. I gave it four stars because he and his sister both like it, and I only deducted one star because you have to turn the volume down to listen to music.
