Quite true, the digital era is upon us and CDs no longer hold the same appeal they once did. Even so, some of us still have huge CD collections. It's a CD player I have had for 3 years and it is still functioning. Consequently, when another CD player I owned broke, I immediately ordered one of these. There are several pros to spending less (1) It's affordable. An attractive design that surprised me. (1) Understands and plays CDs burning from laptop CDs) (4) Surprisingly powerful for a so tiny machine. Don't ask The reality is that it does! It is easy to find a place for it since it is small. (6) Unlike some brands, this one is not too tight, so one won't have to play surgeon to get a CD in and out. -

CONS (1) Kind of a small issue, but important to remember. Open the bottom (to get the power cord out), and you may find that snapping the bottom back on isn't so easy. You will still be able to listen to the radio or listen to CDs, however. However, it is an odd scam. The final analysis What's not to like? You've got a great idea. It seems to me that some people have had bad experiences. The boombox is cheap, so what do you expect? My order was delivered on time, and it works well. You won't need to read the instructions since the device is so easy to use. You can just put in the CD and play it. It's BAM! There is music. For my Grandma for listening to her Elvis collection, I bought this for her. You've got a great idea!.

We gave it to our four-year-old son as part of his Christmas present. The trouble is that he finds it hard to play alone in his room when he listens to music. Having his own boombox might be helpful, so I thought that might be a good idea. I picked this photo because of the following reasons *1.

There is a big advantage to this feature-you can go straight to the radio station number you want to listen to instead of navigating that dial back and forth until you find it. The CDs that we burned with my son's favorite songs on were meant to teach him how to manage stuff like that properly, and he's actually doing very well with it. It wasn't long before he learned how to change his cds out, how to turn the CD player on and off, how to toggle between the CD player and the radio, and he started spending more time alone in his room. I'm telling you, you need to buy this! You do not have to suffer headaches unless you love them. This is rubbish. Don't buy it. A customer support agent instructed me to press two different buttons to make the system start twice before it worked the first time. I returned this product after it failed the first time. Each of which did not work. Batteries kept falling out of the battery tray, and it seemed very tight to hold them. Yesterday, I tried to make it work for the better part of four hours. The entire article is Taking it back was a good decision. I went back to Amazon after the GPX folks insisted I pay for return shipping. Amazon was great and paid for My new replacement unit is not working on CD mode. I received it today. As is, the boom box instructions are hopeless, and it is a very heavy piece of equipment.

The CD stopped working after two days when we tried it with batteries. While it was rotating, it didn't make a As we realized the batteries were empty, we realized that they needed to be recharged. The use of the device should be better when it is plugged in. We have been using it for more than six months now, and it is still working perfectly despite daily abuse from It is a bit of a compromise when it comes to sound quality, but for a toddler I think it is a decent selection. A CD could not be played when I received the item. The CDs I tried were all new and I was unable to play them. They were horrible on the phone with customer service. The company told me my product was defective, and then wanted to charge me shipping charges to return it. Thank goodness Amazon offers free shipping through its return policy or I would have been furious!
I have already returned it. It looked as if the player was very cheap. It is not something I would.
