Once you've got it set up, it's a great system. I've had mine for about seven years and it's still going strong. However, I purchased one for my cousin and attempted to install it while visiting him, but I encountered difficulties and was unable to complete the task. As a result, getting it started can be difficult and perplexing. But once you do, it performs admirably, albeit not as well as our old home phones, but admirably for the price. If you're having trouble programming it, don't give up; instead, seek assistance from someone who knows what they're doing.

It's more effective than Magic Yack

I used to have Magic Yack, but it had so much static that I had to stop using it after a year. So far, so good. This one is a lot more clear and simple to install.

NETtalk's honesty is appalling

NETtalk's honesty is appalling. Due to a "Mailing Label Error," NETtalk failed to deliver my USPS-documented and-tracked/return item purchase. After that, they refused to replace it with a new one. I had to go to Amazon and buy a second one. Amazon? OK. NETtalk? I'm going to stay away from them in the future.
