Look over the descriptions. There are a lot of different sizes to choose from! Pouches can also be trimmed to fit your needs.
What a great question! The Scotch Thermal Laminating Pouches should be able to meet your needs as long as you can keep the card divider inside the pouch and allow for a 1/4" seal all around it to keep it sealed, and the thickness is no more than standard copy paper to thin cardstock to ensure it will go through a laminator. We can't say if a regular iron will work because it was designed to work with the Scotch brand laminator.

Yes, you can laminate a double-sided piece of paper with an iron. Use the iron on the hottest setting without steam to make a double-sided photocopy of your Covid19 vaccination record card. Place the laminate card between two cloth sheets (I used a pillowcase) and iron both sides, rather than ironing directly on the laminate card. It is not recommended that the original card be laminated in case of future booster shots.
They're far too small. This is the ideal size for laminating and trimming to size without having to remove too much excess. For me, 5 million is a better number. If I forget to set the heat to 3 mil, I end up with an accordion that I have to wrestle out of the laminator while hoping I don't break it. You all know how much I adore my laminator. The newer models simply do not perform as well as the older models.
When compared to generic replacements, these Scotch branded laminating sheets are well worth the money. These can be had for a reasonable price if you shop on Amazon for the right package quantity and wait. Plan ahead of time to add it to your cart and keep an eye on the price to see if it drops.
It's what I use to make duplicate IDs for my grandchildren. They are not "legally accepted," but they may one day assist someone in finding your home if you are unable to do so. You never know what might happen!.

I bought the laminating pouches to laminate my vaccination card, and they worked perfectly. A little trimming was required after the vaccination card was laminated in the pouch, but otherwise the product was perfect.
I didn't require a large quantity of laminating sheets, and ordering from an office supply store would require ordering hundreds just to get the few I required.
I use these to laminate those cardboard wallet-sized cards that I want to keep forever, or at least for a long time, such as my Medicare card, insurance cards, a reduced-size baseline EKG, and so on. Because they are thicker, I only need one pouch. I had to use two pouches a lot when I had thinner pouches.
