You should not waste your money on these. They are extremely low-cost and of poor quality.
Yes, it stays on both sides, and I cut a lot of pieces out, including small ones. If you put two sheets in, it will split apart and you won't be able to cut.
I looked at the box and couldn't find any information about the material.

Wow. Laminating pouches are expensive, and I use mine a lot as a teacher. These are fantastic pouches. They perform just as well as name-brand pouches and are very durable. The only difference I've noticed is that they're a little more difficult to open than other brands I've tried, but I chalked it up to the fact that they're bulky and the weight causes them to stick together more. However, it is not something for which I would deduct a star.
These pouches are excellent for laminating. They're crystal clear, with no bubbles, wrinkles, or gaps. I'm not sure if it's because of the pouch or the laminator I use, but I'm happy with this purchase. br>I'd buy it again.
Small pieces of paper fall out of the laminating sheets, and I have to hold on to them while feeding them into my laminator to keep them from moving. The sheets appear to be slick on the inside. It's extremely inconvenient, and I dislike using this brand; I'll keep them as a last resort, but now that they're back in stock, I'll order my preferred brand.
They're fantastic, and they're cheap. Just make sure your laminator is set to 3 mil rather than 5 mil. This is a product that we highly recommend and only buy.
Get the 3M or name brand, which are super cheap and come with a cardboard to put the plastic in, but they don't stick to what you're laminating unless you laminate it several times!.
