They arrive in a day or two.
I need 8" replacement closures or a refund; I have two enclosures that have cracked, as well as photos and videos. What must I do to obtain replacements or a refund of my money? I found this product for sale again, so I'll post pictures of the cheap material and how it broke, as well as the date I bought it and the date the pictures were taken with the damage. It's pointless to risk damage after only a few days of installation. If you don't send replacement enclosures, you'll get your money back!

I am very pleased with the product; the finish on the cans is of a good quality, but the closures felt soft, so I had to be careful when handling them. I ran one pair of speaker wire and one set of 18/4 alarm sensor wire into one can, and then the same wires jumped from the first speaker to the other through the mount that connected the two enclosures, and the holes were too small to handle four wires. Of course, fishing the wire through the tower was the most difficult part of the installation. This has nothing to do with the product itself, but if you are not experienced, persistent, or patient, I would strongly suggest hiring a professional to install it for you. The finish and fit were both very pleasing to the eye once they were installed. You cannot get a better deal for the price, and I am very happy with the outcome.
These speakers have a nice, clear sound, and I like that they came as a kit, which made installation a breeze. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time is that the enclosures must be assembled on the tower piece by piece. Once the enclosures are put together, the wires will not be able to pass through the holes.
Heavy- duty, it looks and sounds great. The bass could be a little louder, though. It's also a breeze to assemble.
They sound great, but the bolts that hold the cans in place rip through the cans themselves, so I wouldn't buy them again.
They're fantastic when they're really loud.
About 5 months ago, I purchased this setup. Two of the enclosures cracked within days of being installed. I contacted the seller about the return policy and replacement enclosures, but received no response. The fabric is extremely low-cost. I was planning on purchasing this setup because it appeared to be a good deal, but I wanted to warn you. It's low-cost because it's manufactured in a low-cost manner.
