I believe each peak is 300 watts. Last year, I installed a pair in my boat, and they work great!

These were used by my husband to make a PVC sound speaker for his ATV. There are a few - The sound quality isn't great, but it's acceptable. The ease with which I was able to connect to Bluetooth was a big plus for me. a seamless transition The color was appealing to me. Everything was fine until it started raining. Because my husband wasn't quite done and didn't seal the PVC and speakers, I don't believe it's entirely the speaker. We'd purchase it again if the opportunity arose - in terms of price.
These speakers have left a lasting impression on me. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but they sound far better than the factory speakers in my Tahoe Tracker. I had a hard time coming up with a 5. Inside the factory mount would fit a 25-inch speaker. I ended up taking the mount off and measuring the size of the hole it filled. These worked perfectly without the need for any cutting or drilling. My factory wires on these speakers were extremely loose, so I would recommend replacing them with new connecters.
They have a powerful impact and are very distinct. On moderate volume, two 7ah batteries connected to a Lepai 2020a will last for two days. When pushed, they make a rattling noise. This video was chosen because it demonstrates how far sound can travel. I would strongly suggest it. Very effective.
Good. Actually, it's a little bass-heavy. That was unexpected. These speakers can be made into really well balanced speakers with a little EQ. I wish they had provided exact dimensions (I was using them in a custom build), but with a little tinkering with the enclosure, everything worked out fine. So far, three months outside, and there hasn't been a single rattle or issue. The material is strong and durable. If you prefer your music to be loud, this is the album for you. You will not be dissatisfied with this purchase. Just make sure you have the right amp to go with them.
I like them, and I'm not going to lie to you: I like them a lot. br>I'd bought a PYLE PLRMK2A "foh-style" controller. hunna- watt" matched marine system that claimed to be compatible with mp3 players Until I used a small FiiO headphone booster in between the mp3 player and the amplifier, I could hear crying kittens that were much louder. The sound quality improved to the point where I didn't need the headphone amplifier for something that claimed to be mp3 player compatible. That teeny-tiny amplifier wasn't up to the task. br>(I'm not sure how 4w per side becomes magically "foh-" hunna" all right. )br>br>After they ticked off, I went out and bought a pair of these 8's to drive with my trusty SONY exm502 amp, which puts out a respectable 50 watts per channel RMS and 100 watts peak MAX. This pair sounds fantastic, but the SONY amp's 50 watts per channel threatens to rip them apart. br>I'd say their REAL POWER HANDING CAPACITY is a maximum of 25 to 30 watts, with no more than 40 watts. REAL- With these speakers, watts per channel could spell trouble. br>br>**UPDATE*
these speakers are now being driven very happily by a little Lepai LP-based amplifier. Amplifier 2020A. My 50w SONY amp was easily three times louder than PYLE's small amp, but it didn't threaten to kill the speakers. The Lepai amplifier is about right, drawing only 2 amps from the battery. The 2020A can handle about 9 9 watts before distortion becomes excessive, but at 2/3 volume, it's VERY loud and clean.
Yes, they're loud, but they're nowhere near as good as the Kenwood KFC2053 speakers they're replacing. I suppose it's acceptable for the money, but I'm disappointed.
" They won't withstand salt water, and the grill design collects a lot of water, which then runs back into the speaker. My boat had them for four months. It is not something I would suggest.
They have respectable bass and treble for the price, and they're a great choice if you're looking for an entry-level system or simply replacing factory speakers, though I'd recommend pairing them with an amp if possible. It's possible that the head unit won't be able to supply enough power to these speakers on its own.
