Expect to be disappointed.
They should work if you hook them up to your system. They're on the outside of my Toy Hauler as speakers.
It was about 15 feet tall, I believe.
Yes, I constructed a 60-quart Igloo cube cooler. I used two of these, as well as an 8-inch subwoofer. I use a 12 volt, 35 ah solar battery to power it. They function properly and, for the price, sound quite good.

Near the top end of the 50 watt per channel unit, the sound distorts. These were installed in a 2005 Larsen 27 Lxi to replace the original Jensen 150 watt speakers, which had been weathered and had their cones blown out. Although the old speakers had a snap-on cover, these are single-molded units, and I had to drill new screw holes because they were further out than the originals. When playing off an Iphone that is set to top volume the sound great at about 50% of volume when playing off an Iphone that is set to top volume when playing off an Iphone that% They start distorting quickly when you get to 75% volume on my 200 watt / 50 per channel system. That being said. . . 50% is almost too loud for conversation at idle or low cruise, but when we are on the higher end, we distort. br>br>I'm not an audiophile, but I'm not sure how a 200-watt speaker like this can distort on a head unit with a 50-watt per channel, 200-watt maximum output. To be fair, I believe the Jensen speakers that came with the boat would distort as well, but it's been so long since they were brand new, solid speakers before they blew out that I've forgotten about them. br>br>In a nutshell: When played at a reasonable, old man volume, these are cheap, sound good, work, and brought us back to some good sound.
I ended up installing the other two speakers, giving me a total of four speakers. All of them, with the exception of one, continue to function as well as they did the day I purchased them. When turned up really loud, that one almost sounds like it's slightly blown, but it sounds fine at all other volumes. This problem only started this summer. Given how frequently they are wet, they have fared admirably in the marine environment. I'll buy a new set as soon as they're done. Last week, I put these on my skiff's center console. To be honest, they sound fantastic for the price. br>Overall, the sound quality was far superior to what I had anticipated. On my previous boat, I had high-end speakers, and the sound quality isn't much different here, except that the bass is slightly lower. Although there were no instructions included, I had previously installed speakers. Even though the included wiring is inexpensive, I chose to use my own. How they hold up in the long run will be determined by time. I bought four and installed two, but I'm not sure if I need the other two because they sound great even when cruising. I would definitely recommend this product because it is of good quality for the price.
I'm renovating my master bathroom and wanted to incorporate audio. If you've ever looked into the cost of shower speakers, you'll know that they're ridiculously expensive; after all, they're just speakers. As a result, I went on the hunt for waterproof marine speakers and came across these. The bezels are not removable; instead, the screws secure the entire unit. I've tested them, and they sound fine to me, and they'll do the job I need them to. I don't want to turn it up until the tile falls off the wall, but I also don't want it to be too quiet. If they can withstand a marine environment, I'm sure they'll handle a shower just fine.
These were purchased for my husband to install in the undercarriage of our motor home. Which includes a built-in AM/FM/CD player. The audio quality is incredible. This is an excellent product. QUICK SHIPPING I'll buy it again, this time for the outside of our house as well, because we have outdoor stereo speakers in the front and back that are connected directly to our home stereo system. These speakers provide the sound quality that I require/desire. They're fantastic. 5 STARS.
However, these speakers allow you to hear them from any location on the boat, including while traveling. Also, great bass. These are worth at least twice as much!! (Don't try to raise it Amazon-style. ) LOL) I've already told my friends about them!.
I'm not an audiophile, but they're loud enough running straight from the head unit when fishing and navigating the ICW. The sound is also clear. I had to reduce the volume of the bass. But I don't anticipate my boat thumping like my car did when I was 20 years old. For the kids' pop songs, Grandpa's big band, and my mix, it's good enough.
Bass that is surprisingly good. They are well-made and attractive. 4. Holes for mounting 5 inches apart, perfectly fitting into existing openings The surface has a 7-inch outer diameter.
Because of the positive reviews, I decided to purchase these speakers. br>I knew I was getting cheap speakers and didn't expect much from them in terms of sound quality, but I was surprised at how bad the sound was considering today's technology. br>I installed four of these speakers on my boat, and three of them failed on the first trip out. br>The worst part is Pyle's complete lack of response. br>I contacted them three times without receiving a response, and Pyle only contacted me after I said I would write a review on Amazon. I replied to their response, but have received no further communication since then. I expected Pyle to stand behind their product with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. br>Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on something else!.
