4 Kicker 41DSC684 D-Series 6x8 400 Watt 2-Way 4-Ohm Car Audio Coaxial Speakers

These were installed as replacements in my 2014 Ford F150 XLT, and the process was relatively simple and quick, taking only 45 minutes from start to finish. They were comfortable to wear and I had no problems with them. I also bought the pigtail harness adapters, which allowed me to quickly plug them into the factory fitting. My factory head unit, which lacks an amplifier, is barely powerful enough to push these as far as I'd like. Still, the sound quality is fantastic, and it easily produces a 2-star rating. Three times as much bass as the factory speakers could produce. I listen to a wide range of music and, despite the lack of an amplifier and a factory head unit, I'm very pleased with the balance and range of sound I'm getting. I'm sure they'd sound even better if the rest of the system was upgraded, but for now, I'm satisfied.

The speakers were outstanding. In a 2002 Ford F150, these speakers replaced old Pioneer and Rockford Fosgate speakers, and they are far superior. I made certain that they were properly wired, and they produce incredible sound. When combined with a Sony mexn5300bt headunit, the result is a powerful sound. For door speakers, the bass is adequate. However, I believe that the headunit, which has a built-in 4x55w amp, has improved these. Although there are speakers with higher wattage ratings, these are excellent value for money. With the Sony headunit, I also added a 12 inch powered sub, giving the truck plenty of punch. If you need replacement speakers with a little more power, this is a definite recommendation.

I connected them to the stock stereo, which was terrible, so I assumed the new stereo would be better, but it wasn't. No, I didn't think they needed to be pumped up. I had sound blown on three of the four, but I didn't install them until after my return date had passed.

For speaker installation, use a 5 mm nut driver. It's difficult to find a better speaker for this year's model and make. The F- With a narrow door, 150 is an unusual size. To cut a long story short, it's a fantastic speaker that blows stock speakers out of the water.

  Ford F-150, model year 2012 Upgrade to 150 XL speakers. Honestly, I was too excited to pay attention to the item number until I finished installing all of the speakers with Metra speaker wire connectors. I placed an order for the 41DSC684 - The DSC680 was sent to me with a power rating of 400 watts. Speakers with a capacity of 200 watts The speakers arrived three days early, as I mentioned (I was too excited). I completed the installation of all four speakers in under an hour, thanks to having all of the necessary tools. br>br>The four-star rating was given because the item sent was incorrect.

They appear to be very appealing. Designed to fit in the factory. Wiring, connectors, and black screws were all included in the package. Just be cautious when connecting the speaker to the provided wiring terminals. Because of the tight fit, I almost broke the terminal. The factory speakers have the same magnet size. They didn't just work out of the box. Wiring had to be spliced together. I noticed harness adaptors on the market. 2006 F-.
