Questions & Answers
I'm glad to be here. In the Bose Soundbar Series, there are currently three Bose Sound modules that can be used with the Bose Bass Module 50. We have three types of soundbars the Soundbar 500, Soundbar 700, and Bose soundbars previous to the 2013 series, as well as soundbars from other manufacturers, are not compatible with the bass module. I appreciate you asking, and I hope today will be a great day for you. Please accept my regards from the bottom of my heart, *br>
Thank you so much! I have a question for you. There are five fields on the BaseModule500. There is a 25" driver for the Acoustimass 300 and a 10" driver for the Acoustimass 400. In other words, it is the size that is different. Regards, Tony G. Providing support for Bose devices
In order to best utilize the Bass Module 500, the SoundTouch 300 or Soundbar 500 or 700 must be connected to the system. Thank you again, Mohsin, and I look forward to seeing you at ICI! Providing support for Bose devices

I am disappointed and frustrated, hugely. It would be good to have a bass module for the sound bar since I have been very satisfied with it so far. My Kindle 500 is compatible with my sound bar that I had already purchased on Amazon, so I confirmed that in the description. As soon as the 500 arrived, I tried connecting it using the instructions, but method 1 isn't working because the app doesn't include the soundbar or I understand. As a result, I try to feel frustrated, but I also try to find a solution to the problem. I am not sure why the instructions are so confusing, but I figured out that it means The 500 is connected to the sound bar using the 55mm aux cable. It worked the first time, and I had a short one laying around to use, and all the components got activated (it was night, so i had a limited time for testing or I would make However, it appears to work, so I don't need As a result of the 12 foot aux cable I ordered, I'll be able to give it another shot at a longer test (at more reasonable I am currently able to hear bass bottom when listening at a high volume When I turn the volume down, I don't hear anything. Therefore, I cannot say that I am Upon receipt of the 12 foot cable, I will update this review if further usage is warranted. However, here is the crux of the matter I have never had a good experience with Bose's customer service. By dialing the 800 number, you will be forwarded on to a site called Just Answer. You will have to register, pay $1, and then wait for someone to come assist The 30 minute wait was too much for me and I figured it out on my own. As I checked my text messages, I found that Nathan, the Just Answer guy, had texted to offer to call me off line sooner and offer to help me You can pay me $26 if I agree! I know that there are those of you who're like me, thinking that Bose is the place to get quality audio gear The following warning is in effect Things have changed for the worse!.
To accompany my SoundTouch 300, I bought the Bass 500. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, as the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. It is advisable to choose Vizio since it is cheap and reliable
The forums are full of complaints about pairing issues. The problem cannot be solved with either wireless or There are many problems with it and the customer service is poor. * The soundtouch can be returned with an adequate bass, but returning it will not restore it. We are really outraged with this company whose claim is that the products and services are top-tier.
I am amazed. To go along with a Bose SoundBar 700 in a large room, I bought the Bose Bass Module 500 Subwoofer. I think these two are great together! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the sub was to install, and the difference in sound quality was huge. Amazing set. I absolutely adore it.
At first, I was planning on purchasing the Acoustimass 300 subwoofer in order to pair with my Soundbar There was no need to pay 700 dollars for this soundbar. It was compatible with my 300 sound bar. As far as I was concerned, it had to be connected via an AUX cable. When I went to the Bose forums to research this, it appears to be an ongoing issue, though a common one. The pairing procedure worked for about a day and then the issue of disconnection arose. A Bose subwoofer is finely tuned to the degree that one would expect from it. The volume is not completely overwhelming, however, it is low enough to ensure that no complaints will arise about noise. Bass chords in the mid range of the spectrum are the band's strongest point. In addition, if you want to, you can turn up the bass through the soundbar to make you feel the ground shake. Even with a small hiccup, this suttle is perfect for my needs as well as for where I live. I'm convinced that I made the right choice in purchasing this and would recommend it to anyone.
Adding a subwoofer is done by clicking on the sound bar icon and then going to settings. After you connect the sound bar, turn on the app and click on the subwoofer icon. Although the cost of purchasing this system hurts the wallet, I just can't complain too much. There is no way I can put the bass and treble above the highest setting because it shakes the As a rule of thumb I will keep the rating at a 3 to 4. The soundbar connects to the soundbar easily and adds amazing bass to an already great sound system.
The sound bar, subwoofer, and surround speakers from Bose disappointed me with their price and the product quality. However, I must say I think they do a great job on their packaging. Polk Sound Bar and Subwoofer were replaced as part of my upgrade. What a mistake I made!.
