As part of your factory unit, do you have a subwoofer? this is the case, you might be able to connect those wires to the CV sub input. Having used it, I was able to achieve my goal. You may need an LOC and to use the low inputs if not.
The power wire must be fused, the ground wire must be grounded, the RCA wire or speaker wire must be connected and possibly a wire for the auto-on function. You need different types of wires based on how you choose to install them.

While doing a load of laundry, I managed to install this. The dual 12" subs I had in my trunk took up half the space I needed for a single 12" sub that fits neatly inside my spare tire and under the floorboards of my trunk. In the process of rerouting and tidying up all the wiring that runs from the stereo to the trunk, I also ran all of the wires up to the stereo. All of the wires on the driver's side of this car ran together according to the guy I bought it from. It's a no-no to connect the two wires on opposite sides of the car - your power and audio.
