It's something I can't live without. From baby monitors to nursing home monitors and elderly companions to home alarm systems, there are a plethora of applications. An Echo is a device that should be owned by everyone. If an elderly person does not answer the phone, you can use the drop in feature to scan the room for signs of a fall. This gadget has the potential to save lives. Without touching her phone, my mother makes calls using the voice feature. Great for stroke patients, MS patients, Parkinson's patients, and other medical conditions because it allows family members to check in on them at any time from anywhere. I made personalized morning routines that included a joke, a motivational quote, and 30 minutes of my mother's favorite music. I came up with a similar routine for putting the kids to bed, which included a short story and relaxing music.
Despite the occasional mention of the "mediocre" magnet, I read a lot of reviews and decided on this one. I bought two of these to go with my Echo Shows. The fact that it can swivel 360 degrees appealed to me. The stand appears to be of good quality and is compact. However, the magnet is too small and weak to keep the Echo Show swiveling on the stand. I didn't keep this product because of its design or durability.
They also become unsteady at the far left and right edges of the platform; I'm not sure how the show manages to have such extreme "mounting" points.
It does an excellent job of supporting the Echo Show 5, but I concur with other purchasers. $14 for a piece of plastic that costs probably $2 or less to make. Talk about profit of 700 percentage percentage percentage per I know there are some that are less expensive, but their reviews aren't nearly as positive as this one's.
The grandchildren are welcome to visit us at any time. Not only is it a great place to chat, but it also has a fantastic view. The kids can be quite amusing, and I am well aware of this. Not only is it great for socializing, but it's also great for cooking, watching videos, and pretty much anything else. If I wanted to, I could even cook while watching something on Prime. We absolutely adore it!.
It works well and is simple to use, as well as allowing for infinite positioning. For the money, this is a fantastic purchase.
These devices are the worst Echoes on the market; they don't understand and don't hear very well. In fact, all of the other Echoes assist him because he makes so many mistakes. Even when it's talking directly to it, other Echoes respond instead, either because it doesn't hear well or because they're more powerful in some way. The display is nice, but it's their only selling point; if I don't find these on a great deal soon, I'll be very disappointed.
All of the Echo products I've purchased have exceeded my expectations. I wanted to add two Echo 5 s to use as alarm clocks because they are small and portable. My daughter received one. Almost every room now has at least one echo product.
