I have a pair of Sennheiser wireless headphones with analog plugs that I use to connect to my television. I recently upgraded my television to a larger, newer model, but it did not include the analog ports that my previous set did! This converter was connected to the TV's optical port, and then the analog plugs from the headphone base were plugged in, and it worked perfectly!
