Because of a fatal flaw in the firmware, the radio does not turn off after the timer is used. In addition to my daily use of the timer and the radio, I had to replace batteries every 2 weeks, and I was using the timer every day. A very faint hiss can be heard from the radio when you use the timer function and turn it off. The radio continues to play after the timer has been turned off. Initially, I did not notice this hiss until I put my ear very close to the speaker and turned it up to a very loud setting. The timer MUST be turned on for a few seconds after the timer is used, and then turned off again after it is completed. Turning off the radio this way is the only way to do it. Since doing this, I have only had to replace one set of batteries for more than a month. It is not a defective radio because I have two of these, both of which do the same thing.

On the sink, I was taking a shower and I was using my phone. This is an incredible sound! In the shower, I use it to keep track of the time as I listen to the radio! Radio and Bluetooth are great features, but it's the radio that is truly outstanding! It's a must-have for any music lover! In conjunction with this review, I am posting a video.
