The tape deck broke right after the first use, and I've learned that I won't be able to return it. This makes me angry.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This item appealed to me because of its versatility and attractive appearance. The BT connection is good (up to about 10 feet), and the radio works fine. However, I have dozens of cassettes, and after playing a few, the door refused to open; eventually, I was able to open it again, but a small metal part fell out and into the radio, rendering the cassette player useless. The bass is fantastic, but the cassette is a letdown.
This isn't quite what I was expecting. It was a Christmas present for my teenager, so it was disappointing. The power cord does not stay plugged in, the battery compartment cover did not arrive in the box, and the sound quality is poor and poorly constructed.
I just got my qfx j-card today. 220Bt. br>br>What I don't like about it is that when you turn it on, it sounds like a radio, not a boombox stereo. br>br>I was listening to it on FM so it sounded like it was coming from a stereo. It didn't sound like AM radio at all. br>br>When I first saw it, I was excited because it looked exactly like the one I had in the 1980s, which I used to blast all over the place. But the Q FX. br>br> Boombox. It did not turn out as I had hoped! I'm dissatisfied. br>br> br>br>However, I adore Amazon shopping.
When we first got it, it didn't work. I sent an email to the seller but received no response. There is no way to get a refund for this item. My son had to disassemble it and repair it; thankfully, he was successful. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive an email from you.
It couldn't do the job for which I bought it (recording from tape to SSD).
I purchased this small boombox for my wife so that we can listen to music in the bathroom. It appeals to me, but the volume control is extremely sensitive and unpredictable when turned up. It goes well beyond what it should in decibels when you move it around a millimeter or two. Because it's not very reliable, you have a lot of control over the volume you want to hear.
