Is this something that can be implemented in Israel?

It'll work anywhere there's a wifi signal.

Is there a way to make it work with Pandora?

I'm not familiar with Pandora, but I've used it with my phone's Bluetooth to stream Amazon music, and I assume Pandora is a similar streaming service, so I don't see why not.br>br>Hope this helps.

Is it only available when you're connected to the internet? Or does it simply reload when you're connected to the internet?

In order for it to function, it must be connected to the internet via WiFi.

Excellent sound quality on this radio

This radio is one of my favorites. It came pre-loaded with a variety of stations. It was a little difficult to add stations that I wanted. The audio quality is excellent, and the radio is extremely stable and pleasant to listen to. I would strongly suggest it.
