It's a high-tech device that's surprisingly simple to operate. I am very confident in its dependability based on the quality. For me, this radio is ideal for listening to a large number of stations from around the world late at night. Because it uses your wifi connection rather than the airwaves, it's ideal for use at home or in the office. (Though local FM stations are picked up as well. ) br>br>I live in a small town where the radio reception is terrible. There are only a few FM music stations and a couple of terrible local talk stations. MY LIFE HAS BEEN CHANGED BY THIS SMALL AND ATTRACTIVE PORTABLE INTERNET RADIO. Through "Skytune," an Ocean Digital website, it automatically connects to thousands of the best stations in the United States and around the world; you can save up to 100 "favorites" or presets, and you can even enter custom URLs for many stations that aren't in Skytune. You have the option of rearranging or deleting your favorites. This is a radio, not a computer or a smartphone. As a result, the screen is very small and black and white. The first time you use it, you'll need to enter your wifi password, which is a little slow without a keyboard, but after that, it's simple to navigate the menus, select stations, and so on. Once you've set up your favorites, it's all a breeze. A smartphone, on the other hand, may be a better option if you are uncomfortable navigating a small screen or have poor hand-eye coordination. This radio is one of my favorites because it reminds me of the radios I've had all my life. br>br>Despite its simple user interface, I find it to be surprisingly user-friendly. While listening to the one you're on, you can use the navigation to find other stations. So far, the only minor annoyance is that I have to navigate back to the current station to change the volume. But this is something I'm used to. A fantastic gadget at an extremely reasonable price!.

  This radio is one of my favorites. I am a resident of the United States of America. While there aren't many DAB stations in my area, I can find streams for all of my favorite long-distance AM stations, as well as some others. Because they're all here, I don't have to AM dx them anymore. KMOX, WCCO, WSCR, WHB, WFAN, WEEI, and others are among the stations that broadcast. Radio stations that used to broadcast on AM are now broadcasting on FM. I've even found 80's and Classic Rock Internet radio stations like Fort Dodge Radio. I like using the Favorites feature to save all of my favorite stations and switch to them quickly, which I can't do as easily with a radio app on my iPad. The battery life appears to be adequate, with a charge lasting about 15 hours. In addition, the headphone output is excellent. The sound quality is excellent for its size, and it is portable, so I can easily transport it when I travel. It's a great deal and a must-have for anyone who enjoys listening to the radio.

She loved listening to the radio station in her hometown and wished she could listen to it more often. She used a Chrome Book to stream the station over the internet after relocating, but she was frustrated by intermittent stops/starts and had trouble navigating the device to return to her station if she got lost. I recently purchased the Ocean Digital Portable Internet Wi-Fi. She bought a Fi/FM radio in the hopes of finding a solution, and it has worked out wonderfully so far! I made her station a favorite about a week ago, and she's been listening to it nonstop since then. It's straightforward, the size is practical, and the sound quality is excellent! She only needs to press the on/off button and adjust the volume as needed (there are numerous other options that she will never use). Initially, I attempted to listen to the station on the radio at home but was unable to locate it on the Skytunes station list. I sent an e-mail to Ocean Digital's customer service department. I sent Karen an email (as instructed in the user manual) and received a response from her shortly after. She quickly resolved the problem, and I was able to listen to the station again. However, I had problems with it stopping and starting to the point where it was unlistenable. She also offered some advice on the issue, which I believe was caused by a flaw in my WiFi. I took the radio over to my mother's house and tested it, and it has worked flawlessly since then. Much superior to the Chrome Book in terms of consistency, simplicity, and sound. I don't have to worry about plugging it in and restarting it as I move it around the house from room to room. It's attractive and compact, and it has a lot of features. After recharging the batteries, it continues to work for the rest of the day. I had a few concerns about the Wi-Fi service. Ocean Digital was notified of the fi range and was contacted by email. The customer service was outstanding, and after exchanging a few emails, we determined that the radio was defective. I returned it to Amazon with Ocean Digital's permission and received a replacement that has been working flawlessly on Wifi. When I buy a product, I expect that it will come with good customer service. Ocean Digital provided me with a high-quality product at a reasonable price, as well as outstanding customer service. With my new WR-100, I'm listening to more radio and enjoying the content. There are 26 internet radio stations that are portable.
