It's a stunning piece of equipment. Setup is a breeze. It has a great FM tuner and is Wi-Fi enabled. Internet radio can be easily accessed via Wi-Fi. It has excellent sound and a number of preset equalizer settings as well as one that you can customize yourself, though you can only change the bass, treble, and loudness. When the M3 is turned on, it has a nice little display that can be dimmed and provides plenty of song information as well as an easy-to-navigate menu. A handy remote control is also included, as well as a pair of white cotton gloves that I didn't need. It can also update its firmware to keep up with future changes. The only thing I would change is the ability to dim or turn off the standby display, as I use it in my bedroom. When it comes to sleeping, I prefer a dark room. Aside from that, LeMega did a fantastic job. br>Updated on 03/08: When it comes to the dimming of the standby display, I discovered that it doesn't happen unless you use the Timeout feature in the Backlight menu, but it affects both the ON and STANDBY displays. The unit is still one of my favorites.

It's a well-balanced soundscape. Music is reproduced exceptionally well, in my opinion, as well as, if not better than, the Bose it replaced. It's easy to use, but not quite as much as the 20-year-old model. year- It replaced an old Bose radio with top-mounted buttons, as well as simple clock radios commonly found in hotel rooms. However, it accomplishes more than the majority of clock radios. Menus must be navigated in order to fully utilize the advanced features. While the Bose waveguide radios are excellent products, they are overpriced; unless you require an AM tuner, the M3 is a better value. The FM tuner works flawlessly. It's the best FM tuner in the house, in my opinion. With the provided antenna, it easily picks up weak FM stations. It matches the Marantz PMD800 tuner in terms of performance. And it outperforms the Denon AVR3312's tuner. And this is true for Marantz, Denon, and, in particular, Bose, which use an externally mounted antenna in the attic. A recessed F-shaped connector connects the telescoping antenna to the base. It's supposed to be removable, but you'd need a deep socket to do so (you can't use the ratchet to unscrew it because the antenna tip has to fit through the square hole). I attempted to remove it, but it was so tight that I decided to leave it in place rather than risk breaking something. I would have had to use a cable with a push-button if I had been successful. on F- Because you can't get your fingers on a threaded connector to screw it on, you'll need to use a different connector. So, instead of pointing the antenna up, which was unattractive, I pointed it down, behind the dresser, and it still receives the distant station I enjoy listening to. Its ability to display album art, RDS information, and other information appeals to me. br>It's not perfect, and there's always room for improvement, so it gets a little more than a four-star rating. and-a- half- a rating of five stars The fact that you have to turn on the radio, to any station, in order to set or change the alarm times is perhaps the most irritating feature. The alarms, on the other hand, can be turned on and off without turning on the radio. I'd also like to be able to set three alarm times rather than just two, and/or be able to set it for a specific weekend day rather than a specific weekday. Setting the alarm times on the Bose was a lot easier; you just have to go through the menus, and don't forget to scroll to "save" and press "OK. " Due to the fact that this radio has two alarm time memories, it only loses a 14th star for this aspect of radio operation. br>The other nearly 14-star deduction is due to the size and labeling of the top-mounted buttons. In a dimly lit bedroom, where clock radios are most commonly found, the nomenclature is difficult to read, and I would have preferred the standby button to be labeled On/Off rather than "STB. " Even if it isn't technically correct, because it is next to the "source" button labeled "SRC," it would make the standby button more easily identifiable. The circular arrangement of the buttons exacerbates this problem because you can't pick "say, third from the left. " While this is appealing, I would have preferred them to be arranged in a row or rows. This is easily remedied with a marking pen or a sticker of some sort. br>FWIW, this radio is powered by 12 volts DC and comes with a wall wart plug. Depending on the application, this can be a plus or a disadvantage. Because it can be powered directly from a 12 Volt DC source, it's ideal for an RV, boat, or off-grid home. br>While the Undok app works well for controlling the radio, it does not allow you to set alarm times. For that, you'll need to go to the radio or use the provided remote. br>From the Nas, the streaming is smooth. However, in the United States, the DAB mode is useless. Because there are so many AM radio stations in this area, I would have preferred an AM section in the tuner over the DAB mode. However, because most AM and FM radio stations have websites where you can listen to live streaming audio, an AM tuner isn't required. There is no reduction in stars because this was known from the start. br>If you're looking for a high-quality clock radio, this is the one to get. You'll have to look elsewhere if you want a clock radio with an AM tuner. Be aware that a few of the higher-end radios that compete with this one lack the ability to retain the time and alarm settings if the power goes out for a brief period of time, which surprised me because all the cheapie hotel style radios do, as does this one and my old Bose. Overall, I'd give this a 5 out of 5 star rating.

My previous internet radio was a tablet in a box with speakers that was extremely difficult to operate. That is not the case with internet radio! It also has the appearance of a vintage radio (which I think is fantastic!). ), but it also has all of the features of a digital device (thousands of online music channels from all over the world, local radio, FM radio, Spotify, and Bluetooth for streaming your own music like Amazon Music or Calm Radio). It also has a USB port, which can be used to charge a phone or connect an MP3 player. It comes with a remote, but you can also use an app on your phone to search for and save new music stations, making it even more convenient. The stereo sound is fantastic, and there's even a third speaker under the radio for added effect. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I've even persuaded a friend to buy one as well. Because I don't have a computer in my room, having an actual radio with thousands of music options to listen to at night or during the day is fantastic. There have been no issues with this purchase thus far.
