Product that is deceiving!! br>A rechargeable battery is clearly stated in the description, and the battery is even shown in the images, but the compartment in the back is for 4AA batteries, and there is no rechargeable battery in the box.

I really wanted to like this radio, but it consistently let me down. The most annoying thing is that you can't recharge the batteries inside the radio; you have to remove them, recharge them separately, or replace them. I'm not sure why this is, because Amazon shows a rechargeable BL-100 on their website. How ridiculous is it that the photos were taken at 5C? The USB port is only used to power the radio from an external source, not to charge it. NOTE: What's up with the "BUILT IN RECHARGEABLE BATTERY" on LEMEGA's website? The sound is mediocre at best; LEMEGA must use the cheapest driver/speakers because you can't turn up the volume past 3/4 because the right speaker starts to buzz, pop, and crack; the volume ranges from 0 to 32, and anything above 24 sounds like it's blown; and the irony is that LEMEGA's advertising slogan is "LEMEGA, LIFE. " LOUD". JOURNEY OF LIFE LOUD? You've got to be kidding me! Even its own volume output is too much for it! There's no equalizer, either! Then there is the input and configuration method, where the rotating knob takes care of 95% everything, it is the power button, the volume, the tuner control, the settings, adjustments and The Bluetooth is an INPUT ONLY feature, which means you can use it as a Bluetooth speaker but there is no Bluetooth output, which means you CANNOT connect an external Bluetooth speaker for better sound, which is also stupid. LEMEGA should redesign this device and include an 8000-mAh battery. I can recharge the battery within the radio with the built-in charge circuit and it should be able to be recharged regardless of whether the radio is turned on or not, which I can do with my little Ocean Digital WR-100. Why not this, at the age of 26? Next, get rid of the knob and replace it with more buttons or, even better, a touch screen. Use higher-quality speakers; the right one sounded blown right out of the box, indicating that they're using low-cost components. External speakers can now be connected via Bluetooth OUTPUT. The color screen was adequate, and I had no difficulty locating what I required, so that was satisfactory. I didn't use SPOTIFY; instead, I used their regular internet portal (Frontier), which worked fine; if LEMEGA made the changes I suggested to this radio, they'd have a much higher approval rate than 3. So, after saying all of this, I decided to return it.

This radio was a huge letdown for me. The audio is of poor quality. The instructions were difficult to follow and, in some cases, incorrect (as was the case with the manual I downloaded). The main issue is that this radio tries to be all things to all people. It also has too few controls, making it difficult to navigate any given area; it's small, so you have to hold it in one hand while trying to navigate the controls with the other. It's supposed to have 20 presets, but I couldn't get more than three to work (the fourth always took the place of one of the first three). When I noticed that the time on the clock was erratic (it changed at random! ), I decided to investigate further. ), I made the decision to give it back.

When I first turned on the device, I was greeted with a message instructing me to visit a website for setup instructions. I couldn't find any information about setup on the website. The owner's manual's setup procedure was poorly written and somewhat confusing. One issue was that the manual mentioned a "Mode" button several times. There were none on my device. Made appears to be selected using the "Source" button. Also, the manual claims that DAB is one of the available modes, which is one of the advertised features I really wanted, but it isn't one of my mode choices. The DAB mode is described as "optional" in the manual, but no instructions are provided on how to use it. Instead, I have a "Podcast" mode, which isn't mentioned in the manual at all. I was disappointed to discover that choosing Spotify tunes and playlists necessitates the use of my smartphone or computer, which is nearly identical to using Bluetooth speakers. I made the mistake of assuming that I would be able to make choices using the radio. Instead, my phone acts as a remote control for the device, and the sound quality is only average, as one might expect from such small speakers. I'm likely to return the radio, primarily due to the lack of DAB capability.

The radio was only on for five minutes before it became stuck on a single station. I couldn't do a factory reset or even turn it off because none of the buttons were working. I tried unplugging and replugging it several times with no success. It was a waste of money. Because I had read about other people's experiences, I did not attempt to contact the company.

The radio was returned not because it didn't work, but because the controls were too complicated for the person who would be using it. br>Other thoughts, but no criticisms: br>Batteries are depicted in the photographs. They aren't a part of the package. br>Display is small and does not support touch. br>The sound quality is excellent, but it is not comparable to that of a boom box. br>WIFI setup can be a little confusing; if you have a dual band router, the names are displayed but not the 2. 4 GHz or 5 GHz are the most common frequencies. If you have WiFi home extenders, there may be more duplicates. 802. 11br>WiFi was supported. 11b/g/n – not acbr>Using the search menu, you can program a station that isn't listed, such as WFLA or WMAL. br>Be aware that it does not come with a remote control. br>I haven't attempted to connect a smartphone, so I can't say whether it will or will not work. br>I hope that this information is useful.

It's been two months since I bought this speaker, and it's stopped working. I'm past the return window, so I'll just toss it out and buy something better; I just wanted to let everyone know it's a waste of money.

The Fi Internet Radio is a pleasant and unobtrusive device with good sound and a useful display. It's simple enough to locate your favorite stations without getting lost around the world. This is an excellent purchase. The sound is rich and powerful, comparable to that of other high-end speakers. It's clear and produces a good amount of volume in the room when used with end devices. It runs continuously throughout the day and is perfectly functional.
