The sound quality of one of the earphones started to deteriorate after only 2 weeks of use. The cord and earphones are taken care of by me, so I am pretty sure it's not damaged by me, but the earphones now only work in certain positions when they are connected. Also, one of the earphones doesn't quite fit I had a problem with the first pair of earphones I bought, but I received a refund and a replacement by the seller. The response from them was attentive and thoughtful, so I had a positive experience.

This is a great pair of headphones. I think the ones I received are defective. They cracked in just three days. My wife loves them, but I didn't receive them as advertised. will be contacting Amazon to request a replacement, and hopefully will be able to change my Review to a 5 star rating.

There is no way I can give it a star. There was a problem with the headphones. The ear buds were very comfortable and fit my ear perfectly. I was really excited to use them. Customer service has emailed back and forth with me and I believe the problem will be resolved soon. If not, I may just return to Amazon and use a different brand. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the product.

Since I am a somewhat slow reader, I wasn't able to see it until 3 days later, then got another set in about 3 days The email arrived after four days (and I saw it two days later, lol, but I did check the mail and it was Originally, I was attracted to this device since it had great sound quality and was comfortable. The rating has been set to 3 stars until I can get past the first 15 days this time. I would rate this set four out of five if it lasted a few months A 5 star rating is an appropriate rating (depending on how long the sound quality lasts). If it lasts four or five months I would rate it a 6 star rating. Here's the update from a few months ago I'm still amazed at how well it works. This is a 5 star rating. I bent the earpiece to fit better in my ears, and I still find it comfortable. I am still satisfied with the sound quality. What I am doing is a lot of fun. Should this one quit working, I definitely plan to buy a new one. I'm also going to think about having this as a Christmas present for the family in the next few years. After only 15 days, I forgot about this pair. On the 10th day, I think the left ear went almost silent, and suddenly, on the 14th day, the right ear stopped working. Since I don't know if I got a defective pair, I am unsure if there was anything wrong. It would be great if that's the case, because otherwise I would rate these as a five because they're so comfortable, and they sound really good for a pair of earbuds that's only 15 bucks.

I think they're a great idea! These are very good-sounding earbuds that I can keep in my ears all day. An excellent design has been created. appear to be very durable and are easy to get on and off. If you are looking for headphones that are not wireless, I highly recommend them.

At 6'3" tall I would like the cord to be a few inches longer. If I put them under my shirt and put my phone in my pocket, I have to use the clip at the neck of my shirt to keep the cord from slipping or gnawing on my ears.
