[Original review] I purchased a Fenix 6s pro Sapphire model. On August 31, the watch was delivered. Over the course of a few days, I noticed that my watch was not recording my heart rate. Having used the watch for about three weeks now, I would say that it has been worth the money. The idea has been on my mind almost daily. I also like the fact that the watch face has different data fields, so I can track my run progress. As far as I am concerned, the monitor is working fine. I hardly notice I am wearing it, it is very light. There is only one thing that disappoints me about I have not seen anything worse than this LCD display in a long time. While the photo makes it look bluer than it really is, it's still very washed out in fact. However, I consider the functionality and features to be more valuable than the display itself.

Buying this watch was primarily motivated by the desire to track my cycling and running, as well as access music and maps to assist with route finding. Only a few watches are able to do all of these, but the Fenix 6 Sapphire does it all, and it does it all well. I must admit that I was extremely sceptical of how this would work with only five buttons for user input, but with a bit of exploration, I was able to figure out how all the combinations of the buttons worked in which context. There might not be as much battery life as a touch screen might have.

I have however found the web version to be easier to use. It does, however, require a third PC app to download maps and upload music to the watch, as well as to update maps on the watch. This is an unusual feature that is not available in the phone app. In addition, the PC app is fairly old in comparison to both the Mac and iOS apps. However, I don't think this really detracts from the utility or comfort of this watch - overall it doesn't impact its utility or comfort - I have been able to develop my fitness as a result of it. In my previous life, I owned a $99 Garmin Vivosmart 4 which was awesome! My decision to upgrade was based on my desire for deeper insights and that I wanted a Fenix 6s Sapphire model. All pulse OX was not working no matter what I did since I received the first one. My 6s Sapphire was defective, so I returned it and ordered a new one. Sleep tracking did not work regardless of what I tried. We called Garmin, and they offered a few suggestions, but nothing was helpful. I am returning this one now. I am waiting for my refund for a further 14 days, the same as the last return. In my experience, this is the lowest quality co tell I have seen on a $700 multi-sport watch. It is a poorly designed product. There are no issues with Amazonia Garmin customer service. The problem is with the product itself.

The wristband is so short that I wasn't expecting it to fit my wrist so well when I first tried it on. a man of average build, with arms that are on the skinny side, and this wrist band was tight even once I reached the third opening on the last one. I am extremely disappointed that I have to return it due to that reason, but for more than $800 I was not prepared for that.

It is lightweight. There is only one problem only one app will run at a time. While the timer can be started before a workout, it cannot be reset during the exercise.

A great watch, upgrading from the Vivoactive 3 which met all expectations, and upgrading from the Vivoactive 3 which was accurate. It is not a perfect instrument as the battery drains pretty quickly when you measure OX2 all day, but due to COVID, I am kept aware of any levels that change. I compared the readings to that of the finger Ox2 device, and they were not very far apart. That's great! I'm really enjoying that!.
