The battery for the Nook Classic BNRZ100 is indeed the replacement
The Nook Color battery needed to be replaced, so I bought the battery. That was the purpose for which it worked. Other than that, I do not know what it can be used for.
I'm here. There is no harm in the battery and charger being at different voltages. Ensure that you continue to use a B&W You will need only an N 5vdc charger to get everything working.

The screw should be mounted in the following way If I pushed the battery tight to the battery contacts, the Nook contacts would not touch the battery contacts, so I had to drill a new hole on the mounting tab so the screw would line up with the mounting hole on the back of the Nook, so the battery contacts would touch. Compared to the OEM battery, the contacts on this battery appear to be further recessed.
It was frozen on the screen saver on my Nook 1st Edition. Almost a year had passed since it had last been used. In removing the original battery from the unit, I found that it had become "bloated," which explains why it had stopped working. I replaced it with this one and it revived my frozen device. The charging/USB mode screen appeared as soon as I put the new part in. Even though my battery showed 3/4 charged, it took a while for the phone to return to normal reading mode after I left it like that for a while (like 30 minutes to an hour or more). As a starting point I had even rebooted the unit (which I think is a good idea) and then just let it charge for a few hours (if need be more in any particular case), but given how early units were designed, I would expect that to be pretty normal. All seems to be well with the new battery after using it for a couple of weeks. I am getting a On average the camera will last 10 days after a charge, depending on how long you use Wifi / how long you use the color screen beneath it. It's hard to say how long the battery will last, but I hope so. I recommend it.
I replaced the ancient battery with this one, but it does not have a better performance. This is a big disappointment for me. The two stars are because it at least works and hasn't caught on fire. It holds a charge, but nowhere near as long as the original OEM battery did when it was brand.
Despite the fact that the Nook is well over ten years old, I hadn't turned it on for quite some time. The original battery was failing and it wouldn't charge beyond 17%, and the software wouldn't fully load. The battery I found was exactly what I was looking for. After it was estimated that the battery would be delivered, it arrived on the first day. We really liked the toolkit, and it made it a breeze to remove the old battery and replace it with the new. Since the new battery was already charged, I was able to check the unit immediately and saw that all of my most recent books were already in place. The fact that I didn't have to recycle my Nook because the battery was the only one failing makes me happy.
These are two of the products I bought. I experienced a freeze when I attempted to charge the first one. After two unsuccessful attempts, my Nook became completely bricked. These batteries are so crappy that they can potentially break fuses in your devices and overvolt your devices. Amazon should stop selling these crappy batteries.
I kept getting odd battery percentages with it installed on my nook. This resulted in it crashing.
Both batteries failed to hold a charge for more than five minutes after being ordered and returned twice. Is it possible that ancient stock exists? A different brand of this product worked just as well.
A fool-proof replacement would not have been possible without the tools. Using the phone about an hour or two a day for a week on a regular basis, my battery lasts for about three weeks. **I am astonished that Barns & Noble sold a product that I thought was garbage The Nook can still be connected to the 3G network for as long as it lives. To utilize my library of technical PDFs, I loaded all my PDF files on a 16GB card.
