Upon returning the item, we ordered a replacement, as it was suggested that the product may be defective. That's all right. A new order of a charger has just arrived with the same issue!.
My item arrived 27 hours after ordering it, and after a few minutes of fiddling around, I was good to go to plug it in and get my laptop The price for the filter was better than the local retailers' offers, which I think is a great value. A second one will be bought so I have it in case I need it in the future. I will definitely recommend this to others.
