The adaptor was purchased as a replacement for an ACDC adaptor, but when tried in multiple products, the adaptor failed to work in many. Return window had closed, so I could not return.

Our goal was to replace this Power supply with one that was the closest to it in power and size For the most part, it all worked out great. The Xmas tree was $300 and there were lights on it If I had lost it for a simple fix it would have been a shame. I will definitely purchase from this company again if the need arises.

Cable is a little short, but overall this works very well. That's the only drawback, the cable is a little on the short side.

Make sure you know what you are buying. My deluxe backlight system required a new cable, so I did a lot of research to find the right one. As soon as I plugged it in, there was a spark and then I was hit by a hot smell. From the hub, I began to see smoke. The old spare was broken, so I tried it. This upsets me a great deal.
