This charger charges very quickly

The charger was purchased to replace the charger for a Kindle Fire Tab7 that I had lost. There is no doubt about the quality of the product. It came with a lovely carry case that you could use to keep the charging block and cable safe while travelling. The cable itself feels like it is built well, and the charger has two ports, which is nice. I have enjoyed using this product and it has been able to charge multiple devices at the same time. I have plugged in the kindle and another tablet at the same time and the charging block did not The temperature got a little warm, but that's nothing out of the ordinary.

I love how fast it is on my phone. Having ordered what was supposed to be a high powered charger for my granddaughter's Amazon Fire tablet, I was disappointed with the product. This image displays the message, " Low power charger connected", as you can see. That's fine, I already own them. We would like our money back.

It leaves me disappointed. The software was used on the I could not get it to charge fast. Then, I realized that I had read and purchased the wrong item. In a situation where you are unable to visit UPS Store, or other return options are available, the cost will either be $2 or half. There was a $9. 00 difference between what I paid and what I got.
