It sounded nice and I liked it because it was USB-connected My MacBook Pro's interface is USB Type C, so I didn't need to worry about getting a USB adapter. As for the price, it was reasonable as well. cable looks durable and the housing is made of metal. This item has good ratings, as I can see. Unfortunately, mine was defective when it arrived. Due to the low price, I was not willing to deal with returning or replacing As much as my failure to even replace the device was my flaw, I failed to even try to replace it. A USB C plug was the cause of the problem. The control would not extend all the way in far enough in order to make contact. I was unsure of what was going on. It sank in after I pushed harder and thought about it for a while. If it did not come out, it would have been impossible to handle. There was no way to get it unstuck. It was terrifying to think that maybe I could damage my expensive computer if I tried to pull it out too firmly. Toward the end, I pulled harder and something made a grinding noise. Towards the end, something snapped. The nature of the object is unknown to me. Since the device was so expensive, I decided to throw it into the recycle bin instead of using it again or worrying about a return or replacement. A test should have been done at the factory before the plug was sent to the customer. In this case, the factory failed for no apparent reason. A great deal of risk was posed to my PC!.
