Questions & Answers

How does the unifying receiver work on this mouse?

This is not the case. In its description, it states that the product has a receiver, but it comes with a receiver tied to a Using Logitech's Unifying software, you can easily connect this mouse to your receiver if you have a Logitech Unifying receiver. Downloading and using it are easy. It is very important to note that once you connect this mouse to a unifying receiver, the receiver it came with will no longer be useful. It isn't a major issue, but something that should be kept in mind.

A person would go crazy just thinking about it 5)
5/5

The Logitech product is a great one that I would definitely purchase in the future if need be. I've used the mouse as well, as I need to use his computer from time to time, and the click is what I love about it. I know he'd prefer a wireless, but he'll survive. I love how "soft" it feels. My struggle with the wheel is that I have a hard time using it There's a bit of a resistance there when I think I should feel easy Despite that, my husband has not complained about it at all. I can vouch for it 100%, If you do it, you may save your marriage and sanity.

The size of this mouse is NOT as stated in the description! As my 2 year old Kensington mouse had lost its scroll sense, I decided to replace it with a Logitech this time
3/5

I wanted a larger mouse like the Kensington, so I chose a Logitech. A comparison of the picture next to my old Kensington will make it clear that this mouse is not very large. This mouse might feel comfortable for those 5 feet tall, but I am 6'1". I have normal-sized hands and the mouse dwarfs them, so I have to hold it with my finger tips, which is I have nothing but good things to say about it. It seems to be very responsive and would be great if it was what it was described, but I will definitely be The $15 item that took up your time is such a waste!.

With a couple of additions, this will be the best silent mouse you have ever used! In my opinion, this is by far the best wireless mouse I've ever It's no secret that I'm a big fan of computer accessories that make noise, whether that's my corsair gaming mouse or my cherry mx blue mechanical keyboard
4/5

Unfortunately, I'm also afraid to step on people's toes and respect their privacy. When they are played at home, those noises make me happy. However, when they are played in class or the library, they are Although this is silent, there is still satisfying feedback when you press the button. does not feel the same as a cherry mx red switch if I compare its noise and feel to that of a mechanical keyboard. Whenever I am away from my personal computer, I use this as my daily driver. With it, I use my Surface Pro 3 as a tool to stream media directly from my computer. I like the grip very much. There is a smooth and soft feel to the mouse. My hand is about medium size. battery life of this device is quite Also, the scroll acts as a third button, which is frequently used by me. The scroll function is extremely smooth as well. The main problem I have with it is the lack of software support, meaning that sensitivity is set only on With my surface pro 3, which is 12 inches, I have no problems with this. I am having trouble connecting the TV to a larger monitor, a 24 inch screen. It is very apparent that there is a lack of sensitivity. I have a gaming mouse (Corsair m65 pro) that has a dpi of up to 12000 on my windows desktop. At a resolution of 1000 dpi, this is a min/max. It is at 8000 dpi that I use my personal mouse. In other words, I am working at about 13% of the speed I would have on a PC monitor at home. Apart from the DPI sluggishness with large monitors, there isn't much to complain about. It is important to remember that the resolution and the screen size are both factors. Using my Surface Pro 3 and my 24" monitor at the same time was convenient. Using a 1080p monitor, I was able to accomplish the same tasks with the same mouse speed, however I had difficulty reaching the far end of the screen because the screen size was large and I couldn't drive to it as quickly. After increasing the screen resolution to 1440p, I noticed a bit of a change in the ability to control the mouse, but since it is such a small screen, The mouse will work perfectly if you are using a 13in laptop or smaller regardless of resolution (except for 4K). If you are using a 15in or extended monitor, you will notice a difference, especially when you upgrade to 2k or 4k. Finally, I miss the back and forward buttons every time I use this mouse. This is a smaller detail but one I miss every time. I find it annoying when I have to move the cursor to move back or forward on a page! A mouse with buttons like this is a luxury I didn't think existed until I used it. The only issue is that you have to take an extra step when browsing the web, but as long as you have a smaller screen, low res monitor, it's not a huge deal. Being forced to constantly go back and forth to a 2k monitor with an extended viewing angle is a pain in the buttocks. My mouse pad (large mouse pad) must cover the whole area from corner to corner. Overall, this is a highly recommended product. In addition to a programmable wireless mouse, I'll probably get one for my HP Spectre 4k 15in laptop soon, but my current mouse is still rubbish.

A wonderful mouse option for those who prefer a quiet operation
4/5

The M330 Silent Plus has been a good purchase for me so far. Could it be that I am So it's kind of like that. A little time is needed to get used to the clicks. It was a little tricky getting used to this, since all of my other Logitech mice feature traditional clicks. Before removing the aspect of hearing from using a mouse, you are not aware of the degree to which you might be dependent on it. Though it is a bit "muted" in comparison to mouse clicks, there is no comparison to the tactile response. The overall design of the mouse is good for users who use their fingertip or claw grip, but it may be a bit narrow for those who use their palm grip. If I palm the mouse, my fingers sit at the far end of the buttons because I wear a medium men's glove. I am a fingertip grip user, which is fortunate for me. Despite being right handed, the mouse has a deep groove on the left for the thumb, and from the left mouse button to the right there is a downward slant. I would only change this mouse's design by filling the groove on the right side by changing it from an inward-directed concave to a convex one, and by rounded out the During the few days I've been using it, I have found that the sharp right edge does not make my ring finger comfortable and I have been undecided as to where I should place the finger. We might do an update at some point. With its integration into Logitech Unifying Software, it allows me to connect it directly to the keyboard dongle of my K520, which allowed me to leave the old one tucked away The M330 is not capable of being controlled using the Logitech Control Panel like the keyboard and other Logitech mice I own. Instead, I had to install Logitech Options, a new control panel designed specifically for Windows 10. Clearly this isn't a breakpoint, but it would have been nice if the software supported the keyboard, so that a single program would be available for both products from Logitech. As for the function and noise reduction of this mouse, I am satisfied. Others have argued that the scroll wheel is loud, but in my opinion it is much quieter than the keyboard. Although you can definitely hear it, it is not loud enough to qualify as a loud scroll wheel. It is, however, louder than my Logitech G403's scroll wheel (gaming mouse). It sounds like the clicks are all about the same volume, with the scrolling sound being a bit louder. Moreover, it glides smoothly over the surface of my gaming mouse pad and tracks smoothly. My overall assessment of the mouse is that it is a genuinely good one, but it takes a bit of getting used to.
