I wanted a larger mouse like the Kensington, so I chose a Logitech. A comparison of the picture next to my old Kensington will make it clear that this mouse is not very large. If I palm the mouse, my fingers sit at the far end of the buttons because I wear a medium men's glove. I am a fingertip grip user, which is fortunate for me. Despite being right handed, the mouse has a deep groove on the left for the thumb, and from the left mouse button to the right there is a downward slant.
