BECAUSE THIS IS A RISKY BUY! A charger cord came out of the box not being able to charge, as the "cap" on the end of the cable that covers the USB C port is too long. Eventually, it falls out of your phone once you plug it in. I don't think the other four cords were damaged. (The picture kind of tells you what the subject is. I like the one on the left. It took about 2 weeks for my husband's phone to completely die after using these for about two weeks). Our cell phone was taken to a repair shop, and the technicians determined the problem was neither the battery nor the charging port. They said cheap, bad coiled charging cables could be a cause. After having our phones for 3 years with no problems (old now that we had to buy new ones), we decided to replace them. As soon as we started using these chargers, the problem began. The product is not something I would purchase Although I meant to return them, I did not make it a priority because there was so much going on in the world. There is so much convenience in having multiple chargers, you can have one in the car, the basement, every room in the house. You don't have to look for a charger all the time. The next one will take its place if the first one breaks. I ordered these for my husband who loses his chargers a lot, that's why I ordered me some enough for him to have plenty.

I really like the length of these cables and the sturdy rope is perfect for the job. My favorite part of cord is its sturdiness. My bags have them all around the house, at work, at home, in my car, in my car. They seem like they will last for quite a while. This is terrible. It takes FOREVER for my phone to charge! The cubes they use for charging are slow and they must be charged with one. It is not clear what changed but my phone has never taken this long to charge before. I bought the phone based on the reviews and I am not sure what has changed. Buying is not a good idea.
