Questions & Answers

Is it possible to charge the Galaxy S21 Ultra quickly with this cable?

It has a higher wattage rating than most cables, so it should be fine; however, whether or not your wall adapter supports fast charging is a different story.

Is it possible to charge a 100 watt power station with a 60 watt pd output from a 120 watt solar panel using this cable?

You should be able to; I charge mine at 65 watts.

Is there a 90-degree version of this cable available from Anker?

Visit the Amazon Anker store for more information.

Is this cable compatible with the Kindle Fire HD 8hd generation 8 tablet?

If it comes with a USB port, that's a plus. If it's a C plug, I don't see why it shouldn't work.

The answer is the couch
5/5

It's Friday night, and you're just chillin' with your girl and your dog on the couch, unable to move without upsetting the delicate balance. Your phone's battery suddenly runs out, and you can't move because the charger is 9 feet away. It's a good thing you purchased this fantastic 10-foot charging cable! The crisis has been avoided. as you used to be.

You've found it
5/5

You're looking for this one. As long as you can get it, with a slim, sturdy plug and a durable, but not overly thick cable. I had previously purchased their other 10ft cable, but it was far too thick/stiff, and I was concerned that I would damage my phone by putting too much pressure on the port; this one, however, has a nice braided outer layer and flexes much better; I enjoy relaxing on the couch with this cable, which is long and flexible. And because it's from Anker, you know it'll last. br>br>The only thing to keep in mind is that this is a USB 2. 0 device. 0 cable, so while it's great as a power cable, it won't be able to transfer data as quickly as a USB 3. a value of 0 or more.

Thinner than the other 10ft, but that isn't a problem
3/5

Complete honesty: Anker makes nearly all of the charging cables I use. I chose them a long time ago, and they have almost never let me down. That said, this is the first Anker cable I've owned that I think could be better. br>br>I have a few more 10ft usb-c cables. c cables I bought before Anker released a 10ft c to c cable (Uni brand, not saying you should or shouldn't get those instead because I'm not sure if they've held up over time, I bought those years ago). The Uni cables I own have a woven cable sheath that is quite thick. This Anker cable is similar, but it is a little thicker. br>br>It turns out that if you're going to store a 10ft cable in a bag, the thicker the cable, the better. Coiling and uncoiling a thick cable repeatedly ensures that it does not kink and unrolls flat. br>br>Unfortunately, because this cable is long and thin, it kinks up a little. Not much! However, even a single kink when unrolling is inconvenient, and I'm concerned that this will result in twisting or excessive wear of the cable interior over time. br>br>I'm not a fan of how thick the other usb-connected devices are. I have c cables (the ones that aren't anker cables). They've always had an uneasy feeling about it. They're a bit excessive, but I like that they're heavy enough that they don't kink up. br>br>YMMV, but consider it fodder for thought. If you're listening, Anker, I'd like to see these a little thicker and less prone to kinks.

Cables are long and have a tacky logo on the plug
4/5

These are some of my favorite cables; my only complaint is that the Anker logo on the plug is a little too prominent. It would be cool if it was molded into the plug or if the ink was a more subtle grey. The white ink on the black plug is unappealing. So I don't see it, I always flip the plug over. My only criticism of a cable that is otherwise excellent and fashionable. This obnoxious logo does not appear on any of my other Anker cables. However, nothing else compares, so I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

Anker USB Cable is fantastic! Anker has done it again with another fantastic cable
5/5

After being let down by a number of cable manufacturers (poor quality, easy breakage, unstable connectors, etc. ), I've stuck with Anker for all of my computer cabling needs. requirements for additional equipment They're always great cables that do a fantastic job. Quality- They're well-built and long-lasting They've always been tough and have always lasted through a lot of use and repeated plugging. Unplugging, being crunched, stepped on, and so on. They may be a little more expensive than other options at times, but they outlast the competition hands down.

I couldn't get it to work for me
3/5

I have a device that has a Type-C port. I had hoped to get a longer cable for the C port. This cable appears to be capable of providing power to PD devices. However, it appears that this is due to the fact that this cable is only configured for USB 2. If there is no connectivity, some of the pins may not be connected at all, or may be connected incorrectly. The device in question only requires a small amount of power, and usb 2 meets the data throughput requirements. It says it can't work with this cable because it can't handle 0 speeds. It is true that the device is compatible with other Type-C devices. Unfortunately, the C cables I have are far too short for my needs. I had previously used this with a 10' A to C cable with no problems, and it was tested with another 10' C to C cable borrowed from elsewhere, so the length does not appear to be the issue. This is just a USB Type-C cable that isn't up to snuff. This is a C cable, and it should be stated clearly. br>br>I enjoy Anker products and use them frequently. I'm disappointed that this one turned out to be a complete failure for me.

Anker cables are the only third-party cables I trust, and I love having a 10-foot cable
5/5

I frequently use my iPad Pro in bed, and because my bedroom lacks convenient outlets, I need a long cable, which this one provides; I haven't had any problems with it yet, and I don't expect to because Anker products are known for their durability and dependability. br>br>You might be able to save a few bucks by choosing an unknown off-the-beaten-path vendor. brand, but experience has taught me that it's not worth the risk, and rather than risking insanity by continuing to try and expecting different results, I'd rather spend the few dollars and be done with it.

It appears to be a bait-and-switch, as it is not capable of producing 100 watts
3/5

PROS: A USB C to USB C cable that is both long and thin. CONS: br>br> It is not possible to charge at a rate of 100 watts. br>br>I bought this cable to go with my docking station and laptop power supply. It claims to be compatible with charging at 20 volts, 5 amps, and 100 watts, but when I plug it in, it doesn't work. It isn't compatible on any of my devices. Alternative cables function in the same way. I put my faith in Anker, and they disappointed me. It's worth noting that USB 2. 0 is mentioned. According to my research, USB3 is required. 1 for my gadgets. One of the images even claims that it supports 100 watts of power transfer, but it doesn't on my devices. While this cable is functional and meets my basic needs, it does not perform the function for which I paid for it.
