It's sort of true. Since the cable is a USB cable, what could possibly go wrong? Even though I should have read the 1 star reviews before purchasing this (I usually do that), I was unsure. After all, it is just a USB cable -- A first inspection of the cable shows it to be sturdy and well made, with a couple of comments This is a requirement, by the way. The end of the rod is fitted with a Ferrite bead. This is a requirement, by the way. On the micro side, the connection isn't perfect, as the micro side is a little loose.

I'm using it with my Blue Yeti Microphone, and it recognizes and records from that device. Using this cable, however, I have picked up strange interference. As my old cable never had this issue, I am not sure if this is a length (10') issue. As you can see in the attached waveform, there are little 'ticks'. There were intermittent symptoms at first, but they cleared up after a bit. Although I would like to use the cable, I am not sure if I can Ideally, I should be able to record cleanly the first time around.

This cable is well-made and great to use. In the USB plug world, the 'mini' is the middle size. Those who prefer a smaller device can opt for a 'micro'. Reference the chart I have included. I had a hard time understanding at first.

There is no way this cable will work for a Garmin GPS to plug into your automobile. It claims to be a charging cable. Garmin does not recognize it as a data cable therefore, it does not work with it. While it will probably connect to a computer fine and probably work as a computer cable, it will not be able to charge A revised version of my review will be published soon. After doing a few researches, I found that I can get the Garmin to recognize the power cable by removing the pin number There will still be a period of time when the computer data icon screen is displayed which is an inconvenience, but once that step has been completed, the operating screen will appear. As long as your pin number is used, you will have to enter it again and again and again, and it still won't work, so if the pin number is required, just turn it off. However, you will still be able to work, even if it means giving up some security. Because the description indicates that it is a charging cable, I am only giving it 3 stars. The 255w may by ok with this cable, but the newer Garmin models may not work with it unless the GPIO pin is turned.

This cable took a long time for me to decide to purchase. Quality is fantastic, but the cable I used for testing was the same as the cable I used for testing. It has the same brand name as For $1 you can find the same length on eBay. Including free shipping, this will cost you $49 total. The wait isn't over yet. As I read the fine print, it described the $1 as the fee. Cables would be shipped from China in 45 days, and delivery is estimated to take place in December. It's funny how slow the boat from China is. Sorry, I don't like that! Anyway, this is a very good product which is sure to last me right up to the very end of my days. It works great with my old HP Photosmart 720 digital Despite spending a few dollars more, I'm glad I made the purchase.

In the aftermath of going through much pain with short-term rental- In order to obtain the best cable length necessary for my Canon camera (used for astronomy), I put a crowbar in my wallet and bought a new one. Using the other cables, I would often lose connection with the camera, and it was very difficult to work with. The bad news is that I broke this in two pieces- The boy was out of town last night without any issues. My connection never dropped a single time. It would be wise to invest in a good cable whenever you plan to use any cable longer than just a couple of feet! There is no point in buying a cheap one. A cable like this one is definitely a good choice!.

I held the cable to connect it, but it was not able to be connected. A replacement cable was immediately sent by the vendor, however, the same issue persisted. There is simply no way that cable can be used with the Yelti microphone and the vendor should put that on the product page. The attached photos are available for viewing. br>I am disappointed.

Due to the fact that I lost my old one, I bought this cable to connect my drawing tablet to my laptop. I was able to use the cable for about 4 times and then it stopped working. I did not see any signs of tears or wear. The cable appeared to be perfect, but it was no longer able to plug in. In addition, I never extended the cable to its full extent when I used it, so it never Even tried connecting it with a different device, but it didn't work so I ended up throwing it away. My tablet has been able to connect to my laptop again since I ordered another cable from somewhere else. It could be that the cable I received just wasn't for me, but I wouldn't purchase this again. I prefer to spend the money on a more durable cable that will last more than four.

connect my dash cam to my DC power port with this 10 ft cable, and there is a 2 USB port adaptor that I have plugged into the adaptor. My dash cam works just as well using this cable. It is thick and well-made, so I did not feel the need to disassemble my console to hardwire it to my fuse board. My cable fitted securely at both ends, and I had no concerns about damaging it, even when shoving it into the crevices of the A-frame It consists of the roof liner and the roof frame. I have used it for a month or so now, and it still works.
