I got a free RAID card and JBOD from a buddy, but I couldn't use them without a cable. I found it to do the job The length is the best if the server is really close to the drive array or if they are stacked on top of one another.
SAS cable that works very well. The product feels very solid and has been working for several months without problems. Cabledeconn SAS to SATA cable has been my go-to for years now. I had some problems with them before, but they took care of me, and this cable is fantastic.
In my case, I connected a KTN to it I hooked up STL3 enclosure to PREC H200E HBA card - it worked right out of the box and survived stress testing for 24 hours. This cable feels "heavy" in a good way, and seems to be of good quality. The price to value ratio of the product makes it highly recommended.

With this item I was able to connect my SAS array externally to my main server without any problems at all, it works exactly as described. I felt the connections to be solid, and the cable to be heavy, so I have a feeling it will last a long time.
