Questions & Answers

How can a corded mouse cost five times the price of a wireless Tracball ?

These now number in my possession, and one of them is still sealed in its original box that I refuse to part with. In my research, I found used ones going for between 40 and 100 dollars, and new ones available for It's great, and now that I have owned the wireless blue device sold by Logi, I cannot see why wired is better. I would love it if the company would reopen Please introduce the original once You can be sure that people are happy to pay 100$ for them new, I know I would personally. However, the DPI is better on blue, but the shape is wrong, cramps my hands, and sometimes the wireless does not connect. The wired mouse has a cult following, it is no surprise.

What makes this wheel so much better than the Logitech M570 With a price bump of $150, the price seems to be a mistake. ?

It says on the Logitech website that wired trackballs are discontinued. I paid about $30 for each of my tracked balls. I would guess that those who have them are trying to sell them at higher prices since you can no longer obtain them. The wireless feature in my M570 is what I like the most. You won't have to worry about chords getting tangled!

Can you tell me why this is Why does it stand out from the rest?

It is that price? I saw one new one for $350 and several used ones for over $100 when it was listed. The item is new but it did not appear to be listed at $250 when I searched for something in the middle. As soon as I get home tonight, I'll make sure I check the listing.

The price is $250, so why is it being sold at that price? What was the price of mine? It was under $40. ?

I have two of these, which I also use, but I would be more than happy to sell them for a discounted price of $199 each.

Bringing back the wired version is a good idea
5/5

Although wireless is a nice alternative for occasional use, it is not ideal for a daily setup. Moreover, when an immediate response is needed or if fine movements are required, wireless is not suitable for everyday use. The redball version is just smoother. The ball also fits better in its holster. The design overall is great, but the wired version is just smoother. My wired one, which I use more, sees a lot more use than the wireless one. Still, it's not quite as shiny as it used to be. It would be great if you could bring back the redball wired version for ergonomic reasons! It's a no-brainer. I'll buy 20 the first day, 10 for me and 10 to pass out to friends and tell them about this great product. No way can I go back to using a regular mouse again! A product that is supposedly perfect how can it be discontinued?

If you can do everything on a computer with a mouse, I've never found a better mouse. If you are one of those Amazon customers who agree with me, I also posted a review of this mouse on Logitech under the wireless version. Give it a thumbs up if you agree with it, and give it a thumbs up for everyone else doing the same. Perhaps they will listen to you.

Rare to find a quality source for this product! Trackballs have been part of my work life for years, and my old Logitech trackball was my daily companion for more than For use with the new laptop that I bought recently, I recently purchased this additional unit that was previously used
5/5

In my opinion, I like traveling with a laptop, however I find that when I am at home a trackball is more productive (or has a lower error rate). Since the Trackman has been out of production for awhile and only available on the secondary market (but still in high demand), most trackball users already acknowledge the inherent quality of the product, so I will focus on praising the vendor (Amazing Deals Depot) for accurate and fair descriptions. There is a legend surrounding this product and the vendor is a good one.

This is worse than my old, worn out Logitech Trackmania Since the price of these was so low, I ordered the Perixx (German engineering should be just as good, if not I completely agree with your assessment of the Volkswagen! That being said, let me introduce myself
3/5

It took me awhile to realize that these were being used, since I had bookmarked this! I have had this one for I don't know how many years and it is not as good as the one I previously owned. I can no longer click my old one due to a worn out SMD switch. It takes three to use this one A total of 4 clicks are required before it will work (waiting for 10 minutes) Each interval should last about 15 seconds. Also, it double clicks half the time when it does click (this includes when it is the first As soon as your mouse clicks and drags, it usually loses the click and will pick it up again a short time later. However, this is not always the case! This marble is not smooth when used (has a drag to I say "yes!" This is what I did! Perixx is garbage, and I would rather use it! As of now, all I am going to try to do is replace the original Trackman Marble's SMD switches. The item is returning as junk since I need the precision, the reliability, and the actual functionality in apps and MMO games!.

I can't use them as they are completely worn out
3/5

Buying used is not a good idea. *Also, after the cord is worn out, the friction increases a lot. The old cord version used an old technology that wore out the ball fast. It was not usable for gaming after arrival, still trying to resolve the issue since other brands might not offer the same movement experience to me as Logitech mice do. I tried to use the ball from the new wireless version, but it was red-shifted. There is no option for the old corded version without the black dot.
The ball feels smooth when it rolls, but the PC does not receive any signal that it is moving. I tried the ball from the new wired version, but it has a large diameter, so I couldn't insert it. You can try to find other balls with black dots and the same size, but all have sold out or are various sizes, so you have to keep looking.

It's not ergonomic for hands with large palms
3/5

If you have seven fingers, then this mouse is not suitable for you. "5" is the length of the hand. After a while, I hear a noise in my right ear In my opinion, it was not an acceptable mouse for me even after using it for 4 hours. Maybe it works for people with different hand types, but I bought it based on so many 5 star reviews, and I was not satisfied with it. If you're an engineer or designer with large hands, I recommend using these two mice the 3D Connection CAD mouse or the Kensington Trackball Expert mouse. If you are in the same line of work as I am and have large hands, this review may help you.

I suggest that you do not spend $200 here
3/5

There is nothing wrong with the Logitech trackball. My computer can use four of them at the same time. You can purchase this here right now for $30, but if you purchase this here, you will pay $200 for the same thing you can purchase on Amazon for $30 right now.

The best trackball I've ever used
5/5

There will always be times and places when you need a corded trackball, regardless of wireless devices. The Logitech Trackman Wheel is a better trackball than the others I have used over the years. The ball is very smooth and I have a better grasp and control of it as well as having more flexibility when working with my thumb The trackball provides more comfort than trackballs that are operated with A great feature of Logitech's software is that it allows you to customize its buttons. With Bluetooth trackballs, you will never have to worry about battery life or interference with other devices or not getting enough signal to function because it is attached to a computer in a metal cabinet or moving to a different computer for work without having WiFi access.
