Sabrent 2.5 Inch to 3.5 Inch Internal Hard Disk Drive Mounting Bracket Kit (BK-HDDF)

It was like I was more confused than anything else when I was searching for one of these. There are reviews stating that this product had to be returned because it was too tall and the screen would not lay flat like it used to. As soon as I purchased it for my Late 2009 iMac, I was almost at that point as well. It was useless to follow the instructions. In order for this unit to work, it has to be installed upside down. Providing screws that worked well with my Samsung 860 was one of the best things about these units. of how to install this upside down, but you need to install it that way. The housing I bought is for the SSD drive that I am installing in my 2015 27-inch laptop The Apple iMac is a 27-inch model. I did not have time to open the Amazon housing until last night since it was delivered the other day. There was a crush on the housing. As for the housing, it is made of good quality metal and I was able to straighten it out with duck bill pliers. It would have taken all week to complete my computer repair job if I had to go through the return process.
