There are issues with the driver and menus. As discussed in other reviews, the card will install a driver that does not work with Windows 10 (at least not in my case). I did receive an email from the seller once I received the adapter, with a link to an updated driver with English menus, that worked. There are a couple of things I would like to comment on There is a lot of lag in the picture. You will have problems watching videos if you are doing this. Apart from that, your chances of survival are good. When the monitor is plugged into a windows laptop or desktop, the video does not appear on the HDMI monitor until the adapter application has been launched. This means that until you have logged into Windows, the monitor attached to the adapter won't work as your primary monitor. Except for that, it seems to work fine. My intention was primarily to use it for watching video on my TV from my PC, but I'm not sure how much I will use it.
