There is only video in this post. Streaming videos from your computer to your Having said that, the mouse will work as long as your PC is on. If you want to use a mouse on a television instead of a mouse on your PC, then an adapter will be needed. I assume, though, that you are only using your TV as a monitor from the sound of your question. In this case, you would be better off using dvi, since most computers do not support audio over that interface, so you may need to either use your computer speakers or connect a separate audio line to your
You will need an HDMI cable and this to make the physical connection. You should be able to view the video if your computer is set to output the video format that your monitor requires. As far as "produces 120hz" in this scenario goes, I am not sure what is meant, but the adapter should work with any reasonable refresh rate that the computer and monitor are capable of producing.
Selected User Reviews For DVI-D Dual Link-M (24+1) to HDMI-F Adapter by CorpCo
As I had a dual-link dvi card on my old computer, I could use my HP LP3065 30" monitor in its full resolution of 2560x1600. Even though only one HDMI port is available on my new computer, it can drive a 4K TV at full resolution with no problem. In the case of this adapter connected to the HDMI cable, I can see that it is connected to my monitor, which is running at 1280x800 as the resolution is dumbed down. As I already had a single link adapter, this was of no use to me.
Are you talking about a dual link? A resolution of 1920 x 1280 is maximum. In place of this, DVI or HDMI would be more suitable The monitor is able to display 2560x1600 resolution in its full capacity. You can go up to 1920x1280 with this.
I was very optimistic that this will work for my purposes. Connecting my laptop dock to the monitor has proven to be a bit of a challenge. Unfortunately, the monitor does not have a DVI port, but does have a couple of HDMI connections. It's obvious that the monitor recognizes the HDMI cable and the dock recognises the adapter, but the adapter didn't transmit reviews and noticed that other people were satisfied with their purchase, so I think I may have received a defective item. I asked for a refund, but was offered a replacement instead. We chose to substitute the item and hope it is just defective. In the meantime, we will keep the 1 star rating. When the replacement is successful, I will reevaluate.
There are a lot of monitors that don't have HMDI, I found the solution here while looking for a solution. * It is a bargain and works!.
I got the job done Having to restart the computer and monitor for the new connection to work. It is a little difficult to secure the connections nowadays with the way monitors are wired.
A DVI monitor port can be converted to a HDMI port by using this adapter. This is the one I would buy again if I ever needed another one.
The program works well. Delivery in a timely manner.
My computer needed this in order to connect a second monitor. Exactly what I was looking for.
