After 3 minutes, the screen on the television displayed something for me to scan. I did get it to connect to my iPhone 11, but it would only play for about 3 minutes. Based on what I saw, it was some kind of advertisement. Returning in a few minutes. Several attempts were made, but I couldn't get it to work.

The product did not come with instructions, which is indicative that it is a "plug and play" device. An hour later, I had wasted searching through multiple microscopic tiles (which could not be enlarged) trying to find the HDMI "channel" displayed beneath the QR code on my TV, only to discover none of them matched the one I needed to connect my phone video to my television. If I ever did find the correct HDMI channel, I don't intend to relive the experience for the rest of the life of the product. Therefore, I returned the product.

Well, I had to buy Apple brand. It did not stream, left me with a QR box for a random product not related, and would not get off I couldn't even connect it to my tv. It won't even register on my phone when it is plugged in. As a side note, I have used an Apple brand adapter for years, so I know what streams and what does not. When it finally broke, I hoped to save a few bucks rather than buy a new one. Sadly, I can only get apple brand on Amazon. You can't get them to work with an iPhone unless you have them. Additionally, I had to remove my phone case for it to work, and that was bothersome.

You have to connect to power, download an app, and update firmware. . . . I have tried several times, but it does not It states on the packaging that you should contact customer service before leaving a negative review. However, there is no contact information for customer service on the packaging.

I couldn't even get it to recognize it on my iPhone. It's not effective to go straight up.

Unlike many other products, this one cannot be plugged in and played. The packaging includes directions that are impossible to understand and customer service is available "24-hours a day, 7 days a week" We hoped you would give us a positive review after an hour and not a negative one. The only way to reach customer service is not open to me from the site. The problem would have been easily resolved if I had been given contact information. I would have spent much time on the phone or via email attempting to resolve it, but without it, that is not possible.

This item has never worked for me. I have tried it twice. I had to acquire an Apple adapter certified by Apple. It was disappointing.
